I'm very new to The HoLt and wanted to share my early recommendation for the community Lea has created. As soon as I was in (through Backdoor Barry, and because I'm not a kn0b!) I was completely floored by how much there is inside - so many resources already there waiting for you, plus new masterclasses every week that are recorded if you can't make them live. Joining The HoLT was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business this year. I wanted to join the Holt to meet new people… I’ve done that with bells on!

I’ve met many outstanding people through The HoLT despite being the quietest member ever. Lea has created and maintained (that’s the hard bit) a fantastic community by being herself on purpose and setting the standard for the rest of us.

You’ll never work, alone 🎤 Lea makes damn sure everyone in The Holt is looked after. I’ve been a member for a few months, the networking, the masterclasses, the new business pals & support is bloody brilliant! I’m so happy to be included it was the best gift I could give my self employed self.

Lea has created a truly inclusive community... and one that is absolutely super engaged and helpful to each other. There's literally not enough hours in the day to take advantage of everything in the HoLT, and after a year I still have only scratched the surface. I've been part of the HoLT for 3 years now and can tell you that Lea is the master at building engaged communities. The HoLT is a rare phenomenon of people who have come together under Lea's banner, standing for inclusion and kindness, but who are there not just to learn from Lea but to share their experience and expertise with each other. I joined the HOLT around a year ago now and it's such a wonderful community. The people in it are absolutely lovely and we all support each other. Lea is present in the community on a daily basis, she is around to jump in and answers questions, arranges tons of trainings and masterclasses. I’ve been a HoLT member for over a year and having Lea lead networking and events has been amazing. She’s welcoming and engaging, HoLT events are inclusive and always so much fun! I don’t fit into most places, not just because I’m taller than most domestic fridge-freezers. I’m certainly not the right shape to progress in a corporate environment (I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard this, verbatim) But the HoLT is different. It’s like having experts in all the things you don’t know you need to know, but they are all wonderful humans at the same time. Like a community of badasses lifting each other up and helping each others businesses flourish. I genuinely think that this community is a look into the future of industry, where big business is actually surprisingly small but fantastically connected and ethical by default. I have asked questions about all kinds of subjects and the HoLTies have been incredibly gracious, knowledgeable and kind at every turn. I didn’t expect Lea to be as active as she is in the community but she is never delayed in engaging or responding, I particularly like the weekly engagement questions which might seem like a small thing but the sense of community that comes from learning about everyone’s randomness is another thing that I absolutely love and again makes me feel like a part of something. I am still in my corp role but because of the HoLT, for the first time I can really picture not being employed which for someone dripping with autism, is a huge thing. Turns out the safety net for the next stage in my journey is The HoLT and the community of utter legends.

If you are not a member of the HOLT where have you beeeeen? it is the most fabulous space for learning and networking on the planet! I adore being a part of such an incredible community..it actually brings me joy and the information available in there is off the scale. I genuinely don't think I will ever leave. Lea leads this community with a passion and energy I have never encountered before. So proud to be a part of it.

The HoLT Team have nurtured a community like no other. I’ve been part of networks that start with the right intentions, but fizzle out pretty quickly … not at The HoLT! Joining The HoLT was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business this year. I’ve been at 4 in-person events with the Holt this year and each time I was warmly welcomed and felt like home instantly. Lea has done an incredible job of building a safe space where we all feel like we can 100% be ourselves. The networking opportunities that have come from The holt have been incredible. It has everything we could possibly want from running our business, and there’s always people to help navigate that twists and turns of running a business. Couldn’t be more grateful.

LOVE the HoLT, there’s such a great mix of people. Everyone’s lovely and I’ve made some wonderful connections. The masterclasses are fab, everything under the sun is covered in there. I don’t think Lea sleeps because she manages to jump on every post to help when needed. Since joining The HoLT, I have learned so so very much, I've changed my profile and started posting a few times a week. In real terms the training that is available through The HoLT in addition to the wisdom given freely by Lea, has led to just over £22,000 of sales since November 2023. This is the testament of what Lea does. I'm not one to give out recommendations easily, but in this instance, its genuinely a pleasure. I never felt anyone really got me in life before but Lea and the HoLTies do.

I love being a member of the HoLT, it’s a super supportive and knowledgable community. Simply here to say that the HoLT is the best online business community I've been part of! The value of all the masterclasses and resources is off the charts, and I adored our Edinburgh meet-up last month. I feel like I finally have a place to ask all my silly questions.

I'm so pleased I joined The HoLT. It stood out with its HUGE variety of ways to get involved and find support as a small business owner - both online and in person. The masterclasses have been great...there are a lot to work through, I honestly don't think there's any area of business you couldn't find in there! I love a community; I work a lot on my own at home, and it's lonely. I've tried to be part of communities before. The last one was so toxic, run by someone who clearly thought he was our god. The HoLT is different. To start with, there is a no knobs allowed policy, so none of us are one! There is a real spirit that everyone wants to help you if they can, and I don't mean on a paid basis, either. We also work with each other and support each other. I have a few trusted people I work with all the time now, and they are more like friends. It's a great place to be. There is also loads to learn with regular masterclasses from a whole host of fantastic, very clever people.
