This was such a great place. I brought my daughter randomly because she wanted to get out of the house and I was very pleasantly surprised with the amount of different activities and sensory things there were to do here. My daughter loved it and so did I. It was very clean, calm and well kept. The staff were so friendly and we will definitely be going back.

This was a very well thought out project with intentionality evident everywhere you look. From color choices to spacing between play area objects, very well thought out and excellent utilization of the space. The owners were present, which is always nice, they were very warm and welcoming. They're are passionate about this project, it is clear from speaking with them that they care deeply about the visitors and their experience. We very much look forward to continuing to utilize this space for our 15 month and 13 month babies (long, but beautiful story!)

Oh my gosh this place is amazing! Went for the first time this week with some friends. My kids are on the spectrum and 9.5 and 11 years old! The owners are so nice, their kids are so so so sweet also! We have been a lot of family owned places in the springs where the kids are NOT kind to kids who are different. Their two little girls could not have been more amazing! We can not wait to go back. Also, the place is sparkling clean! Everything was so clean! It was amazing! Would give 10 stars if I could!

I first off have to start by pouring out my thanks and love to The Third Place... Our precious baby girl was diagnosed at the age of 3 with autism (she just turned 6) and for 2.5 years we struggled and strived to find a place that understood her and all the challenges of raising a child on the spectrum. Every place we went, or were suggested, just didn't get it and primarily tended to neurotypical children. We felt lost, unheard, and misunderstood... All until we found this amazing, beautiful, welcoming facility... The Third Place
For the first time my baby girl can run, play, explorer, and be her true self in a fully welcoming warm environment unlike anything we've ever experienced! The owners, knowing full well what means to live in our shoes, have developed a zone of safety and security where expressions of shouts, excitement, and the wonderfully explosive energy that our children can have at times is appreciated and celebrated!
The community of wonderful parents that know exactly how we feel has been one of the hugest blessings. We had the pleasure of introducing our daughter to the owner's children, who've show nothing but love and care towards our child and always make her, and all the members children, feel included and welcome.
My goodness there's not enough amazing things I could say about this place. Only that it's THE place, it's OUR place... The Third Place...
With thanks and love forever in our hearts for giving us air to breathe again❤️🙏🏽🙇🏽♂️

This is an outstanding place to take young children to play with diverse pieces of equipment in a safe, fun, and creative environment! It provides multiple sensory opportunities that are beneficial for all children particularly those with sensory needs. The owner keeps it immaculately clean and changes the set-up all the time which makes it extra fun for the kids, parents, and other adults! Other children are often there to play too which makes it even more interactive! I am a therapist who has had multiple sessions there all with great results! I highly recommend others check this wonderful place out!

Awesome place! We found TTP looking for a place to take our neurodivergent kiddos after moving to Parker and it’s been our second home. We’ve made life long friends here and would probably be lost without it. Couldn’t recommend more!

First and foremost, THANK YOU TTP !!
We have been coming here weekly (sometimes multiple times a week) for 7 months. My daughter who is amazingly Autistic has hit so many firsts here that I honestly get emotional listing them: her first zip line, her first real display of upper body strength, her first time genuinely sharing with one of the founder’s daughters (who is always so sweet and patient with our girl). She is learning where her body is in space (her proprioception has grown so much) and she is regulated in a way I hadn’t seen before. She has received both Speech and OT therapies here, and the progress has been real and visible.
But beyond the therapies and the milestones, what this place gave us is community. We finally found somewhere we belong. A place where my daughter isn’t “too much” or misunderstood, she’s just celebrated. We had her very first real birthday party here, and it was everything I always hoped a birthday party could feel like for her.
She is able to work on and learn social skills in a space where she can truly be herself and all “behaviors” are respected as communication and learning experiences. During these learning experiences, it’s the only place where you apologize to the other parent (it’s habit) and their response is always, “Please don’t apologize, we get it” and then you swap stories and build friendships.
The founders are also such an extraordinary special family. They are constantly checking in, dreaming up new sensory activities, rotating equipment to keep things fresh and engaging, and putting on events so our children can experience things in a safe, welcoming environment, like seeing Santa, Easter egg hunts, you name it. They think of everything so we don’t have to worry or feel isolated. They get it, they get us!
This place is more than a facility. It’s a lifeline. If you are a parent who has felt lost, exhausted, or you and your child felt like square pegs being forced into a round hole, you must come here! You will find your people, we did.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you. 🙏❤️

I absolutely LOVE the time we spend at the third place! We drive over an hour twice a week just to play here! The owner is so amazing and sweet you can really tell how much she cares about the community she is serving! We will continue to come back and enjoy our membership!

The Third Place is truly an amazing space for kids and families! Over the past six months, it has become a second home for my son and I. He genuinely looks forward to his weekly visits and the incredible activities they so thoughtfully put together.
The staff and volunteers are some of the kindest people you will ever meet! They are truly devoted to creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for everyone who walks through their doors. Inclusivity is something they clearly prioritize. Their space is intentionally designed for children with special needs and those who are neurodivergent, which as a mom to a neurodivergent kiddo means more to me than I can put into words. The support, encouragement, and understanding we receive each time we visit is so appreciated. The sense of community the owners and staff have built here is incredibly special!
The variety of activities they offer feels endless. The sensory bins are creative and thoughtfully designed, they’re one of my son’s absolute favorite things to explore! In the gym space, he loves trying out all the equipment and gets so excited to see the new swings they rotate in each week.
Parents, if you’re looking for a place to connect with other families, especially those navigating similar challenges, I truly can’t recommend The Third Place enough. And as an added bonus, the space is immaculately clean every single time we attend. As a parent, I deeply appreciate the care they take in maintaining such a clean and safe environment.
If you’re searching for a place where your child can freely explore, grow, and challenge themselves through sensory play, The Third Place is something truly special.

This place is lovely. It’s beautifully but subtly decorated, comfortable, and - most importantly - has all the things that keep my son regulated. It’s a nice place to work remotely with an eye on the child because the main area is a single open room (gated on the side by the door) and the couches are ideal for this setup.

We took our 4 kids here yesterday afternoon and it was such a pleasant surprise.
Casey is one of the nicest humans I've met, she was so welcoming and kind to us. My boys are all disabled and each of them enjoyed something here, the light and sensory toys are so thoughtful and inclusive for them to be able to play. We can't wait to go back again!
