@artlapinsch this is a big part of why i say @Ultraspeaking changed my life. i NEVER had the confidence to do single take, improvised videos until like five months ago.

4. Drills This might come as a surprise, but I've actually done a fair amount of deliberate practice (other than just making videos) I use platforms like @Ultraspeaking which push you outside your comfort zone and force you to address weaker areas.

#ship30for30 Essay #3. An experiment in writing on the fly, trusting yourself more and editing less. Inspired by my friends over @Ultraspeaking @MichaelGendler @Montebello who taught me the counterintuitive value of speaking before thinking.

This week's @Ultraspeaking focus is storytelling. We are encouraged to dive into memories and moments with total abandon. We're told that you don't tell stories. You relive them. This a complete mindset shift for me. I'm excited to get the reps in this week.
