I found myself having to start a new job search after a layoff brought about from a company merger. I had not had to do a job search in years and certainly before AI was a thing. AI can look at your resume in a second and dismiss your application before human eyes can see it. I attended one of Eric's sessions and right away knew that there was someone out there that could help. Someone who understood the new reality of job searching. I then signed up for the course which I found very helpful - especially the summary notes for each session. I learned many new tips and techniques. I also had my core beliefs verified that I was indeed hirable and can still contribute. The daily sessions with Eric and his guest speakers were great. Being on a Zoom call with other people in the same boat and hearing their stories was uplifting. In the end I did land a job I like. I used many of the lessons I learned from Win at Work in the interviews and the prep that went into it. It really helped. More importantly, I learned to accept rejection. I learned to keep my spirits high and to know there was going to be closure. So for anyone on the fence about the money the course costs... Do it - invest in yourself.

Eric is a very motivated and engaging speaker that makes his seminars enjoyable and engaging. Unlike other events where I find myself dozing with my mind wandering, I was fully engaged!

I’m so happy and excited to share that I accepted a job offer and will be starting next week. Without the Win at Work team, this would not have happened so quickly.
