This course just wasn't about my own learning-it reshaped how I show up for my patients. I gained informed, practical ways to process the material and bring it directly into my visits, making care more meaningful and empowering. From this course, I feel more energized and confident as an OT while working with my patients and am so grateful to utilize practical informed strategies and tools. It is rare to find a course that impacts both as a provider and the patient experience so deeply, but the Trauma Informed Pelvic Health Certification truly does!

I absolutely realized that facilitating our clients rather than trying to 'fix' them is way more empowering and impactful. This course is amazing and has helped me to be a well-rounded therapist!

OT elevate is a great course to get a great overview and in depth understanding of Colorectal Conditions and the GI system. Lindsey has a clear and concise way of presenting the information for easy to understand and her energy and enthusiasm are invaluable also.

This course is a must for OTs entering pelvic health. I previously took a PT-focused course from H&W and left without any follow-up support or video access to review the material. With its mechanical, PT-centered approach, I often felt something was missing. OT Pioneers has been a breath of fresh air. Its OT lens intentionally weaves in the nervous system, mental health, emotions, and the full biopsychosocial picture. It teaches a holistic approach that genuinely excites me to bring into my work with pelvic health clients. As a birth doula and an OT training in pelvic health through OT Pioneers, I feel empowered, aligned with my roots as an OT, and equipped to better support postpartum women in a meaningful way.

Prior to signing up I was concerned this was just going to be the same as the other CEUs I have taken in the past; however, this has far exceeded my expectations! It puts everything together in one place and all through the OT lens, which is exactly what I was looking for!

This course has not only expanded my knowledge on pelvic floor beyond biological anatomy(the mind-body connection), but the evaluation of my own therapeutic responses. What I have appreciated most from this course is the tools of building a stronger rapport with clients verbally and nonverbally, the trial and error of exercises, and the ability to challenge myself in situations that are not always going to feel comfortable as I feel at times when you go out of your comfort zone, you only advance the care of your patients. So incredibly thankful for Lindsey's course, highly recommend!

I decided to join this program after taking Lindsey's free 1 hour CE course and learning how well my occupational therapy background could help me transition to the role of pelvic floor specialist. She gave me a sense of belonging and support that propelled me to imagine a path forward. Shortly after, I took her OT Pioneers course and knew for sure I had the potential to take on the certification. I am at one step away for officially completing my level 1 functional pelvis certification and have absolutely loved the process. Lindsey has designed this course with pacing to not only learning the information in a way that I can digest it and solidify the concepts, she perfectly weaves in cohort virtual meetings with case studies and opportunities to discuss and practice the role of pelvic floor therapist. Her mentoring continues to embue the same sense of belonging and support that I felt in her CE course and propels me towards my goal as a clinician. My main concern with joining the program was if I could go down the path of certification without getting lost in feelings of overwhelm. Lindsey's program is specifically designed to introduce information in manageable pieces with built in breaks to allow for flexibility with the other demands of life. She also kept me motivated with weekly meetings in her OTP united calls as well as cohort meetings. The 3-day hands-on clinical lab gave me a concrete goal to stay motivated and also the pay-off of meeting like-minded fellow OTs. To anyone on the fence about pelvic health, I love that Lindsey provides many options to explore how far you want to take your clinical journey. You can start small with no monetary investment, and even if you decided to enroll in one course and then want more, she makes the transition easy with a credit toward the cost of full level 1 certification. Her teaching model low pressure, high support. By the end of this program, she now feels like my biggest cheerleader and most trusted mentor.

I am new to the pelvic health field and wanted to have a deeper understanding of how trauma relates to the pelvic floor. I am learning so many strategies and tools to use with clients. The live support calls and being part of such an amazing group have been so incredibly helpful. I was very apprehensive with taking this class since I am new to this field but I have learned so much about myself and have gained confidence to support others. I am looking forward to putting the strategies into practice. The instructors are so knowledgable and passionate about what they teach. I feel supported, engaged and so inspired. This course will really change the way you practice.

I hardly know how to express my gratitude. Thank you so much for everything—for helping me take this class and attend the lab. I had been hesitant to sign up for Level 1 for over a year because the pelvic floor field always felt so daunting. But once I finally began, the experience was completely different from what I expected. The online portion of the class was so well organized and thoroughly prepared, which made it easy to follow and built my confidence before the lab even began. The in-person lab was truly exceptional. The hands-on guidance, supportive environment, and clear instruction made such a difference in helping me integrate the material and feel genuinely capable in my skills. Lisa was amazing, and her TAs, Stacey and Rachel, helped everything run so smoothly. I’m so grateful to all of you. Your team has truly changed my perspective and my life. I’ve always known that the nervous system plays a major role in pelvic floor health, but this week I felt it in such a powerful way. Now, I feel confident, inspired, and ready to dive into my work as a pelvic floor therapist.

I am an experienced pelvic health occupational therapist and I immediately began putting into practice some of the suggested materials. My clients benefitted greatly from the information I learned here. It has made me a better therapist who is trauma informed. If you have the chance to do this course, I highly recommend it!

OT Elevate is so comprehensive and ensures that you have all the tools and educational background, even if you are brand new to pelvic health! Or in my case, brand new to Occupational Therapy (I haven't even taken my exam yet). I would certainly recommend this course to anyone who has the capacity and time to treat the whole person, as pelvic health impacts so many ADLs!

I chose to join this programme to develop more knowledge from an Occupational Therapy perspective in Pelvic Health and add to my current skill set. This course has surpassed my expectations. It is delivered in bite-sized chunks, and you are able to study at your own pace and revisit information when needed. The videos and explanations are excellent and easy to understand. This course will support me to work with Women across the life span with conditions such as PCOS, but from an OT perspective, as well as other pelvic health conditions. As a neurodiverse therapist based in the UK, this course has been amazing and I can't wait to see what amazing work I do with the skills, tools and knowledge I have learnt on this course in practice in the future. Thank you so much to Lindsey and the team.

I had been searching for a course like this for a long time. One that dives deeper into pelvic floor therapy specifically from an occupational therapy perspective. Lindsey has created such a well-rounded, holistic program that not only highlights the vital role OTs play in pelvic health but also provides clear knowledge of common conditions and practical strategies for approaching clients. At first, I worried about finding the time to keep up since I work full-time and have two little ones at home. Fortunately, the course is thoughtfully structured, easy to follow, and never overwhelming. Even though I can’t attend the live calls, I’ve found the replays incredibly valuable for taking notes and reinforcing my learning. The community space has also been a wonderful place to ask questions and connect with other OTs. One of the best parts is having lifetime access to the course, so I can revisit the material whenever I need to. This program has truly been worth the investment, both for the content and the supportive community it provides. Lindsey is an amazing mentor and instructor with a wealth of knowledge, and I would highly recommend this course to any OT considering pelvic health. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate!

I chose the Level 1 Certification program, which includes OT Elevate, to boost my skill level, and gain further confidence, as I focus my private practice on pelvic health. While I personally have dealt with, and received treatment for, GI issues for years, this course connected the importance of GI and bowel health to pelvic floor function. The information gained in OT Elevate, including a variety of diagnoses, has increased my level of knowledge regarding the relationship of bowel health to the pelvic floor which is necessary when interacting with a variety of pelvic health clients. Lindsey's enthusiasm, passion, encouragement and endless support continues to propel me forward with my goals of expanding my private practice with pelvic health clients.
