I like how easy it is to use that platform. Since the day one when we started using it to now it’s been a few years and I would say that at the moment we use most of the features there. But I like how easy it is to get all the important information about your child’s day.

I was in the education industry for more than 27 years ranging from educator, to teacher and to manager of more than 75 services, so I have seen a great deal of changes in that time. I have also used every platform available over that time. Based on my experience, Qikkids Office, Playground, Home/Moments are super user-friendly and saves so much time doing the 'office' tasks at a fraction of the time when considering the other platforms that I have previously used. The auto submission each Friday evening is the key feature that I love, as now there is no waiting around for the last child to be collected each Friday. And Playground is amazing with all of its features; especially the daily health checks, the incident reports, the emergency recordings and the programming/profiles aspects. If you can use Word, then you can use Playground. Super easy and fun! If you are not using these amazing products, then you really need to. Make the call and go into the light my fellow colleagues...Trust me, you will never look back :-)

To all the parents leaving negative reviews, if you set it up properly in the first place you wouldn't have a problem. I have a 150 place centre with over 275 /300 families using the app. Parents that had a problem were the ones that did not follow the instructions to set up. And support has set them up within a day. The programme has made administration a breeze. Easy and fast communication with parents. Direct debit amazing. And best of all support.. They definitely know their stuff. Wish I started this years ago. Being in field for 30yrs and not too computer savvy, it has being a joy to use.

I have used a variety of software solutions with my child in childcare and no one compares to the Xplor Home app. It has everything I need a parent and is legitimately the gold standard in market for a solution in this space. Quick and reliable support options with phone and email as well which I appreciate as a working professional with a young child.

I particularly like also now the fact that parents can do their casual bookings on the app, and then they can advise us of their child’s absence through instant absences, all of that stuff.
