Hi Coach Ted, I just wanted to let you know how your custom plan is working for me. In one word, GREAT! The gram ranges and percentage ranges are just what I needed to make this work, as I now see the flexibility you were referring to, and when I plan meals and snacks within those ranges, the final tally for the day is right there. Your recommended ranges also appear to be spot on, as I feel great, strong for my workouts, satisfied and feeling like I'm eating plenty. Weight is coming down about one half to one pound a week, which is fine with me. Thanks so much! Joni

I wanted to lose weight and get in shape at the same time. I had put on around 30 pounds, switching from an active to a sedentary job. I had tried losing weight on my own by eating less and exercising, but I'd run out of energy by the time I got to the exercise part of my goal. Ted set me up with a plan that was simple to follow and gave me enough energy to build muscle and lose weight. I have lost approximately 20 pounds, while gaining at least 5 pounds of muscle in the process and I feel much better.

I believed that I needed to eat only 1,200 calories and 120 minutes of cardio per day in order to lose weight. Coach Ted gave me my macros and my caloric intake was exceptionally higher. Now, I have lost 35 lbs, have gained tons of muscle and have a healthy relationship with food.
