I wanted to send my updated after photo. I'm eating more and leaner and stronger than ever. At the end of our 12 weeks I lost 13 pounds, and reduced my body fat percentage by 4.2%. I'm proud to say that I've kept tracking macros for the past year and now look at me!

I have always been an avid gym goer, but was not seeing the results I would have liked. I knew this was because I had not taken the time to properly focus on nutrition. I worked with Ted to learn to track calories and set macro targets. I followed Ted's coaching plan and read all of the materials provided. I was able to hit my weight loss target while maintaining good body composition. Now, thanks to Ted, I have a better understanding of nutrition and a tool kit to use to maintain going forward. My workouts are going great and I am seeing the results.

Ted really helped me make sense of my nutritional plan. Keeping track of my macros was key to me losing body fat! His advice on various protein options (including collagen) really helped me meet my daily protein macros! Ted was super friendly and not judgmental at all when I had missteps (by no fault of his). Ted has given me the knowledge and skills needed to reach my goals! Now it is up to me to continue applying them consistently. Thanks Ted!

I just want to thank you for all your help so far. I had not been able to break the 150lb mark in over 10yrs. I cannot believe how well my clothes are fitting and I have so much more confidence in myself and my ability to keep this a lifetime effort.

Hi Coach Ted, I just wanted to let you know how your custom plan is working for me. In one word, GREAT! The gram ranges and percentage ranges are just what I needed to make this work, as I now see the flexibility you were referring to, and when I plan meals and snacks within those ranges, the final tally for the day is right there. Your recommended ranges also appear to be spot on, as I feel great, strong for my workouts, satisfied and feeling like I'm eating plenty. Weight is coming down about one half to one pound a week, which is fine with me. Thanks so much! Joni

Hi Coach Ted, Just to let you know the numbers are working great so far. I have more energy than before (ate too little) while still losing some fat. Combined with strength training and running these numbers look perfect to me.
