Justin showed me the ways how to be active during the non practice days - include players in variety of ways. Most notably its prerecording the install videos as well as breakdown and posting it throughout the week. Side note is that Justin is always available if I need to discuss a particular scheme/opponents tendencies etc... I have become more organized and prepared for every aspect of the football practice as well as the match, although you can never be 100% prepared for the game. Only positive in every aspect - we have become 1st total & passing offense, 2nd in scoring offense our 2 players became Offensive MVP and runner up. Our players are more involved and invest much more time as they can see that if we do things right we will be successful.
