One of my goals at the start of this year was to commit to a plant based lifestyle. Now I've eaten pretty healthy most of my life - and even though I was a meat eater, I tried to stick to organically raised and humanely harvested meat purchased through coops and / or local farmers as much as I could. But I have attempted to go plant based several different times because of how it aligns with my desire to completely distance myself from the meat / fish / dairy industry and the ways in which animals are raised / treated / harvested within this system. I'm also a midlife women who is focused on increasing my protein levels since our need increases as we age... and while I have spent enough time educating myself within our industrial food system not to believe that you can't get protein from plants (so not true) I wanted support along this journey to make sure that I was indeed nourishing my body without meat. And that's just what I got with Plant Powered with Kristina. Kristina is a registered dietician specializing in plant-based eating who created the Plant Powered Kickstart - a 3-week "plant-based system" that provided the education I needed with tasty plant-based meals (with a focus on high protein) alongside an exceptional step-by-step system that provides everything I needed to make this a complete lifestyle change. As a graduate of her program I am now in my fifth week of being "Whole Food / Plant Based" and can't believe how I am feeling. 1. My energy has dramatically increased 2. I lost 5lbs and continue to drop 3. Better digestion and regularity (the fiber!) 4. The change in my mind / mood is awesome! 5. I am eating MORE food that I was before 6. I now have a system of grocery shopping / food prep / daily eating that is easy and repeatable. 7. I was exposed to new foods / spices / and preparations Kristina has no idea I am writing / sharing this review. In fact she doesn't even ask for reviews from those that go through her program - I'm sharing because of how much these 3 weeks have changed my health / life and how easy it continues to be to remain committed to this lifestyle change. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I joined her ongoing Plant Powered Pathway membership so I can continue to receive recipes, and meal plans and become part of a community of like minded women committed to whole food plant based eating. If you're a midlife women who has EVER considered becoming plant based - Kristina's approach takes the guess work out of what to eat / how to eat AND provides a way of meal planning / prepping / cooking that guarantees you're only in the kitchen about 30 minutes a day... and the recipes! Seriously delicious! If you're interested - look into her Kickstart Program. It's so affordable... and in my opinion worth WAY more than she's currently charging for it... and it is after all about our health, the health and wellbeing of animals and the health and wellbeing of our planet... which is... priceless!

I’m Stephanie from Los Angeles, California, and I’ve been vegan for 15 years, following a whole-foods, plant-based diet. I joined the Kickstart because I was frustrated after gaining 20 pounds over the past three years despite eating clean and maintaining a consistent fitness routine that included three days of strength training, two days of Pilates, and daily walks. I'm Lelita from the UK (via Australia). I joined the KickStart program to find a healthy approach to food that would support my body to heal and to lose some extra kilos. The program has really helped me to start the process of stopping the cycle of restrictive eating and to change how I view food: as something positive to nourish me, rather than as something bad and stressful. The best part of the program is the support from Kristina in the private FB group - she will answer all your questions and fast! As a bonus the food is absolutely delicious and so filling! I couldn't recommend this program more highly. The meals have become a firm part of my weekly meal rotation!

I came across Kristinas 3 week high protein plant based kickstart and wow! I finally found somewhere I felt comfortable with and those three weeks were amazing! You can tell that Kristina is passionate about her program and in helping women to achieve a healthy eating plan her recipes are so delicious filling and easy to prepare. The plan is so simple it guides you effortlessly throughout with shopping list. Where to find certain ingredients, alternatives and what and how to prep. There are cooking demos and step by step guides. Not only is the programme great but do is Kristina she is so approachable friendly supportive and your biggest cheerleader. I just wanted to take a moment to say how helpful and relatable Kristina's program is. First of all, I love the focus on plant based protein - it is the link I have been missing in my ability to be successful with a plant based diet. The ability to take just a few minute each day to use the workbook and set your goals for the day is a great tool that helps you easily stay on track and remember how good you feel. The recipes are easy, tasty and full of protein so my snack attacks and cravings have greatly diminished. Kristina has been personally invested in having each one of us be successful and healthy, and is available to us if we have questions.

I am Wendy and live in Wa. State. I am 66 years old and wanted to find a plant based diet that included high protein items to meet my daily needs. This Kickstart program achieved this for me. I love the convenience of having the shopping lists and menus planned out. There is a variety of wonderful recipes and learned to cook with items I hadn’t used before like tofu and tempeh. Happily I lost 3 pounds as well. I never felt hungry and really enjoyed the 3 weeks of meals Kristina had put together for the program. I would highly recommend this.

I'm almost at the end of week 2 of this amazing 3week Kickstart. And, WOWS, what a game changer. I'm post menopause and recently married again .. hence have piled on a bit of tummy fat/weight. I've come into the programme after trying Restricting calories, fasting, raw foods only, even vegan keto šŸ˜‘ Thanks Kristina ā¤ļø The meals are amazing and very easy to prepare. I'm eating in abundance. This is a lifestyle that I can enjoy with my husband. It means we can still have date night, and lunches with friends/family. The meals are so satisfying. I can see my stomach shrinking, and feel my clothes fitting better. This has saved me countless hours of meal decisions, no more food wastage. I live in New Zealand and the ingredients are easy to find. AND I'm feeling happier, and have more energy. I couldn't recommend this kickstart programme enough. The amount of work Kristina has put into it is mind blowing. And she is online in the support group daily with help, advice, and encouragements. 5 star 🌟 programme

My name is Primrose, I am 66 and live in the UK. I was to toying with going vegan / plant based as a result of a growing awareness around animal welfare and environmental concerns. By chance I went to a local filming of ā€œEating For Tomorrowā€ and that was it, decision made. I started googling vegan recipe books but found a lot of the recipes either uninspiring or overly complicated with little middle ground, not helped by fact that, while not a picky eater, I am someone who has disliked bread, potatoes and pasta pretty much from when mum tried me on them as a toddler - even dislike crisps and chips!. Then I came across some of Kristina’s recipes and they really appealed to me so when I read about the 3 week Kickstart programme I jumped right in. I loved the idea of having my meals and shopping planned out each week and I liked it even more when my food shop was about half what I would normally spend! The program really has helped me switch to eating plant based without compromising on variety or taste and best of all I have strangely felt lighter in body and spirit knowing my eating plant based has avoided animal exploitation and benefited the planet. From the 3 week kickstart I now have so many new, favourite and go to recipes that are tasty, quick and easy to prepare although nothing, not even Kristina will convert me to pasta luckily it only featured a couple of times. If you are curious about eating plant based for whatever reason I can recommend this programme as a great way to start.
