Jack's program has been nothing short of life changing for me. Prior to working with Jack, I was in the worst shape of my life. I had just turned 40 and didn't want to accept that this is how it had to be. Jack provided a nutrition plan and guidelines, an easy to follow but still challenging strength training regimen (3 days per week, ALL from home), and accountability and encouragement in the group. Because of working with Jack, I've lost 45+ pounds, I'm stronger than ever, and I turned 41 in some of the best shape of my life. I look better, I'm much more confident, and best of all: I no longer worry about being able to keep up with my baby daughter as she grows up. "Thank you" isn't nearly strong enough for how much my life has changed because of working with Jack.

Before working with Jack I was overweight, had low energy, and wanted to change this to be a better example for my son. Not only have I lost weight (bodyfat) but have seen a huge gains in body composition, strength, and energy. Still have a ways to go to meet my goals but certainly on track.

I was struggling with consistency, I was traveling a fair amount for work and leisure, and kept getting off track with the regular variations in my schedule. Jack’s program helped me get and keep focus. Now I’m thinner, stronger, and more motivated to keep it up. Rather than letting schedule variations get me off track, I bend my schedule around my workouts and/or look forward to getting home and back on routine. I look forward to workout days! The diet has been great too, I’ve lost weight and felt full at the same time, making it sustainable. I’m looking forward to making my goal weight (about 5 lbs from now) and then working to add some bulk.

I've struggled with my weight for years never and really knew what to do to get results. Until I signed up to Jack's Fat Loss Accelerator program. Found the content, workouts with video examples and diet guidelines easy to follow. His advice, check ins & the other guys in the group helped me with my focus and kept me accountable. Down 25+ pound in 4 months and strength is improving too. Not out of breath when walking or climbing stairs and I can now keep up with my young family. The compliments from others are also appreciated. Only wish I started sooner. As Jack would say, it's about consistency and showing up but he gives the right tools to guide you on your journey. It really has been life changing.

For most of my life, I’ve struggled with my weight. From the age of 8, I was always the fat kid in school, and my relatives had a nickname for me as the “fat boy” in my second language. I started to believe and for many years of my life, live as if being fat was a definition of who I was person. I’ve struggled with depression and lack of confidence due to my weight. I would try to fad diets here or there, go the gym a few times a year but would never lose weight. I never had a plan or program for my health. I would literally eat whatever I put into my mouth as I was a heavy snacker. As the new year 2023 struck, I decided enough was enough. Especially as a new father, I did not want my daughter growing up with an obese and depressed dad. While on Twitter/X, I saw some posts of Jack Coulson. Jack seemed genuine and not pretentious. I decided to seek his help and change my life for the best. In March of 2023, Jack came into my life, and developed a weight loss and training plan and off I was into my weight loss journey. The eating plan included macronutrients and total calories to eat for weight loss. I never heard of macronutrients before, and it gave me focus on my food choice. With his eating program, I calculated my daily coffee contained 53 grams of sugar and one a reason for my health issues. Also, I never had a workout plan designed for me and Jack was great at putting one that works for my busy lifestyle. I decided to sign up for a year with Jack to keep me focused. Seeing other men in the chat groups definitely helps in keeping you motivated. Jack checks in with me and I feel that he cares about my health and my wellness journey. He answers every question I have, and I feel he is along on this ride with me. I’ve been working for Jack for 7 months now and I’ve lost 30 pounds! I feel confident as ever, and with the help of Jack’s program that I will be achieve my goal by losing another 20 pounds. At the age of 41, I have not felt as good since 2000. My confidence is at an all-time high, and people continue to comment on my weight loss. I sleep better and my clothes I have gone from an Extra Large to a Large in my clothing. My jean size went from a 40inch to a 34inch waist. I appreciate Jack for helping me change my life, and you most certainly will if you join his proven program!

Prior to working with Jack, consistency was my biggest issue. I thought to see real results I needed to work out 5-6 days a week. I only do body weight exercises and often would plateau doing the same exercises over and over again. My weight see saws year round, and I wanted to get results and maintain them. I reached out and Jack created a program for me than can be done at home, working out 3-4 days a week. He’s also added a lot of creative variations to simple body weight exercises I would have never thought of. He also was able to educate and structure healthy eating habits for me that are maintainable for the rest of my life. I’ve worked with Jack for about 5 months, down close to 20 lbs, stronger than I have ever been and that has created more confidence in my self image then I’ve ever had. My first experience with Jack was through his E-book, body weight jacked. I liked the program so much I joined his 1-1 coaching group. Once I finished with the coaching I just signed up for full year with him because of the impact he’s made on my life. Jack has me looking and feeling better than I ever have before and I know my wife is also thankful! As a guy in my 40's, Jack's coaching is the best investment I've made in the last 5 years. I've lost more than 40 pounds and increased my push-up counts from zero to over 30 consecutive reps and up to 8 full pull ups. When I started with Jack, I was stuck.
