What do you like best about Billtrust? The customer facing portal is robust and simple. Our customers can self-enroll and quickly pay their account balances with Credit Card or ACH, which includes applying open credit memos, resulting in more accurate payment amounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Billtrust? The auto-pay functionality is not as robust as Credit Card companies auto-pay features. It would be nice to have a monthly auto-pay configuration to support monthly payments of current balance for prior month. We attempted to use SSO for the implementation, however support and documentation for the methodology was lacking, resulting in a last minute change to use the login screen. Overall we are happy with the use of customer login over SSO, however the platform made it difficult to test and leverage SSO links.

There are issues on our end due to the daily closing times of BillTrust. They close the day at 3pm our time (CDT) so payments made after 3pm will not show up on the customer account until the next day. This is especially an issue when we have customers making a payment to be able to take our terms discount. I have contacted our management team on this and they are looking into how we can fix on our end (maybe extend our discount date) so it is being worked on **many of the questions following I do not have the answers for, these would be questions for management. Thank You

What do you like best about Billtrust? Being in a customer service position, the ease of sending customers invoices with a few clicks is HUGE. Also, I cannot speak more about the customer portal that is very user friendly. Since our company has integrated this, our call volumes have dropped because the customers are able to take care of payments on their own without calling in frustrated to take more time out of their day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Billtrust? On the Disputes Side, we would like to see more information accessible from the dispute itself. We have to go into the invoice to find the account or customer many times as the dispute is ony tied to the invoice and does not provide further details.

Floqast makes it easy to track all the deliverables of the close process and keep everyone in the process connected. It really helps with collaboration too. It's great having review controls for journal entries and reconciliations all in one place. We are also starting to work with their Remind product to help automate some of our close steps, which expect to help reduce close time. We can also share access with our auditors so they can review whatever support they need during audits. The Floqast support team has been helpful and I like their short educational videos that help quickly get up to speed on different features. It's very easy to use and implement. While there is a calendar view at a high level of financial statement areas, I would like to see a calendar view for the checklists. With many moving pieces in our processes, it would be helpful to visualize in a calendar view so we can look for efficiencies and dependencies more easily. The data is already there so I'm sure this is something Floqast can add in future updates.
