I’m currently exploring business ideas, and Ash’s 120DS course has been incredibly impactful. The biggest takeaway for me was to "love the problem, not the solution." Ash’s guidance on problem discovery and selling before building has completely transformed my approach, giving me the confidence to move forward.

I read everything Ash writes. Why? Because he regularly and repeatedly helps me become a better entrepreneur. I've bootstrapped, built and sold a million-dollar startup, but still have much to learn. Recommended!

BMD was very helpful in assessing the viability and feasability of our product, and helped us generate a more unique product that will hopefully be more successful than initial iterations.

The Business Model Design (BMD) framework is applied at Frezit to ensure a holistic approach to our business strategy, focusing on the critical elements that drive our value proposition, customer engagement, and overall business sustainability.
The concepts teach founders and potential founders to view their ideas from the perspective of stakeholders and focus on determining the value in solving the problem rather than the solution itself. The training emphasizes actionable steps and adjustments to prevent founders from falling into analysis paralysis. I will utilize these concepts for several of my ideas in the ideation stage.

This program not only changed my approach to building my startup, but it made sure I was focusing on loving the problem and not the product, and constantly reminding myself that the product is the whole business model and not just the MVP itself.

Before this program, I had goals set, but, I didn't have a clear understanding of how or when I needed to achieve those goals.

If you're interested in entrepreneurship, forget going to Harvard Business School (FYI, I am an MBA graduate of HBS). Apply these concepts instead. Had I done so, I know I would have saved myself much time, money, and the attendant dead brain cells.

BOOTSTART has THE best curriculum on the internet when it comes to early-stage startups. It's comprehensive, highly practical, focuses on principles instead of jargon, and the step-by-step layout makes the content easy to follow. I would highly recommend it for both founders and coaches alike.

I am a founder who went through the Leanstack program 3 years ago with my two cofounders. We are very thankful to the program - especially now that after three years it's finally paying off. The only way we would have gotten traction is to constantly work off the customer factory and stay in that mentality. Thank you for instilling that in us! We fully benefited from the program and the toolbox. The Traction Roadmap combination is a game changer and in showing us "true north" for our product. We refer back to the Customer Factory very often to understand the viability of the solutions we are designing- particularly if we can build a reproducible system to deliver value at a price point. These tools combined with the Lean Canvas are incredibly powerful and I highly recommend the whole suite as well as the accelerator program.

I spent nearly a year working on an idea and realized it was not going anywhere. That's when I stumbled upon Ash's lean canvas concept. I promptly purchased his book Running lean, which led me to his tools on Lean Foundry and then subsequently to sign up for this course along with a coach. The biggest benefit for me was the program helped me avoid starting on an idea that later proved to be not something that my customer segment was interested in. As part of the program, I was also assigned a coach. And it was the coach who reinforced the concepts. When I thought I was ready, the coach pushed back and told me I was not. That was really helpful. If you are at an early stage of your startup or idea, I would highly recommend Ash's articles, the book, tools, and this course.

I have learned so much. The process helped me answer questions about my business path, calmed my spirit as an entrepreneur, and showed me that I am certainly not alone in the world of creatives.
