I promptly purchased his book Running lean, which led me to his tools on Lean Foundry and then subsequently to sign up for this course along with a coach. The biggest benefit for me was the program helped me avoid starting on an idea that later proved to be not something that my customer segment was interested in. As part of the program, I was also assigned a coach. And it was the coach who reinforced the concepts. When I thought I was ready, the coach pushed back and told me I was not.
