Here is our story. We were looking for a transportation company to transport our embryos from the US to Mexico City. The first company we contacted told us that at the moment it could not be done due to some issues with the Mexican government not issuing the permits that were needed. The second company we contacted told us the same thing, then a third we contacted, same issue. We were disheartened because we really wanted to work with an agency we found in Mexico city. We called our agency in Mexico and told them what we found out. They gave us a referral for another shipping company, let's call them "XYZ shipping" for the purpose of my review. Being the diligent person that I am, I set off to do my research on this shipping company that was referred to us. I couldn't find anything online about "XYZ shipping" which was disappointing. We were about to give up our hopes with working with the agency in Mexico. We even started to search for another agency/clinic to work with in the US. One day I tried to do another online search about "XYZ shipping" and happened to find this ONE online review on reddit. The commenter on reddit used "XYZ shipping" and were not satisfied with their service and had to reship another batch of embryos. The review went on to say that the company they ended up using on the second try was amazing and how easy it was to work with them. It was a glowing review about how the owner and his team were great in communicating with them from start to the completion of their delivery from Oregon to Mexico. The company this reviewer was raving about was Cryologistics! I asked our clinic/agency in Mexico City if they have heard of Cryologistics and they said "Oh Charlie? Yes! They are great! We have used them many times!" To me it was a sign and we were off to the races. From the time we contacted Charlie and his team to the time they were safely delivered to our agency/clinic in Mexico City took a little over 6 weeks. We went from looking for another agency due to Mexican permit restrictions, to Cryologistics making it happen so we can work with the agency we really wanted to. Charlie and his team really made the whole process so easy for us, I mean really really easy AND made us feel at ease.
