We are really enjoying Dealer Pay. It has given us an easier and faster way to take payments. I would like to give a big shout out to Mariel Bautista. She was our setup support agent. She made the transition seamless and explained everything extremely well.

We recently implemented Dealer Pay's payment processing system at our largest dealerships. As is common with system changes, we encountered certain challenges; however, the Dealer Pay team provided exceptional support. Mariel Bautista and Ebony Harvey were instrumental in assisting our stores with device deployment, training, and post-installation support. We had questions regarding overnight batching, deposits, and optimal card reader usage, all of which Mariel and Ebony addressed thoroughly. Since the deployment, we have not experienced any issues and are prepared to transition additional stores to their platform. Overall, the experience has been highly positive.
