As is common with system changes, we encountered certain challenges; however, the Dealer Pay team provided exceptional support. Mariel Bautista and Ebony Harvey were instrumental in assisting our stores with device deployment, training, and post-installation support. We had questions regarding overnight batching, deposits, and optimal card reader usage, all of which Mariel and Ebony addressed thoroughly.
