I began this program stressed out, badly bloating every day, getting angry deep cystic breakouts, having brain fog, in a job that was no longer serving me, incredibly frustrated with feeling like I was trying everything and doing all the “right” things with no results. Throughout this program, I not only got real, tangible information that completely validated what I’d been experiencing and a plan/protocol to address the issues but I also got an incredible amount of support, for which I’ll be forever grateful. I found the strength to make a big life change and step away from work for a while to prioritize my health and my family. I slowed down and built some amazing habits that have been serving me so well and will continue to do so. I’ve learned about blood sugar balance. I’ve learned stress relieving strategies. I’ve learned how to support my digestion and liver. And Ive learned that progress over perfection is the goal and that it’s ok to give myself grace. My digestion and cycle are the best they’ve been in years. I have confidence that as I continue to support my system it will continue to improve. I’m so incredibly grateful for the support of this entire community of women. You are all so strong and kind -and so brave to be here and share your stories. Putting yourself first is hard! Being vulnerable is hard! But it helps everyone here. I’m so grateful to have been able to be a part of this with you all! And to the coaches, especially , I extend the biggest thank you of all. You have been so incredibly patient, understanding, supportive, and informative. Answering incessant questions, talking me off the ledge when I was having a breakdown over a breakout or crying over missing out on vacation pizza 😂, even supporting me through leaving my job… You’ve truly helped me in ways I can’t even put into words. I’ll take everything I’ve learned with me for life and you’ll forever have my gratitude. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

That's how I feel “friends” is what I made here! Tears are flowing as I write this because Words cannot express how I feel on this last day at MADD healthy medicine. I am both proud, happy and sad at the same time to leave the program. I came in a hot mess 🔥, not only with symptoms, but I didn’t even realize that my body was under such extreme stress internally. I started this program with G.I. issues, chronic diarrhea and weight gain, but what I walked away with was amazing wins turning my G.I. issues around with healthy habits, diet supplements, and positive support from my wonderful coach Andi Tway and Maddie and all of YOU🙊. Wins: I now have regular bowel movements never knew how important those were🙊. I enjoy breakfast now!!. It sets me up for the day for success! Cutting out sugar, alcohol & gluten has been the biggest life changes as to where I see the most improvement. I lost 11 pounds safely and 13 inches. That alone shows that my body was fully inflamed. I got labs done and they backed up my progress. For example My triglycerides went from 213 to 72 and my CRP, which is inflammation went from 5.9 to 1.6. I look forward to my A1c going down as well. That’s my next goal. And it’s not just the physical changes it’s definitely within that’s changed. I listened to my body. I listen to my needs. I take moments of sunrise and sunsets, body movement and proper nutrition, so much more important in my mind than before. I knew a lot of these things before, but just didn’t know how and why to implement them in my life. I still have a lot of work on. This is not a linear. I didn’t understand that phrase before beginning and I get it now! It’s Definitely is a work in progress. I have a lot more to go, but I created the tools that I never had before. Thanks to all of you here! I can’t emphasize it enough. We are all here and mind by supporting each other, being visible and vocal. It really helps to have the accountability behind the steps and habits I was implementing. I’m grateful for the push and accountability and the knowledge, dedication and support you can get here. It’s been so valuable in my journey, and I will take it in my heart in mind in my continued progress and healthy living. I will miss you and Love you all 🙊!
