I recently got a bod pod test which calculates my bf%, body fat mass, and fat free mass. I thought I’d share my progress with you. In this recent bod pod, I was down 1.5% body fat and up ~10lbs fat free mass. The photos are the results and progress. Thanks for your help so far this summer!

Within 12-weeks of his program and knowledge my Triglyceride levels, HDL/LDL, and liver enzymes have been in the normal range for the first time in a very long time.
