Working with Ethan I felt very safe and empowered. Weightlifting was newer to me and he was able to teach me proper form and show me the difference in feeling if I was doing it wrong so I would be able to tell the difference. He pushed me when I thought I couldn’t go any further but he knew I could go further. I appreciated those extra pushes because it has allowed me to push past my mental block and go further than I thought. Working with him, he listened to my needs and wants and was able to create a workout plan to help me reach my goals. He truly cares about you as a person and wants to make you the best version of yourself. I absolutely loved working with him and would always recommend.

Before I started working out with Ethan in February of 2023 I had an extremely negative relationship with food, exercise, and my body. I’ve been working with Ethan for about a year and it has been a transformative experience! My body and strength have changed so much thanks to his knowledge, attention to detail, and encouragement. I started as a true beginner and Ethan has always been patient and impressively adaptive to my needs. He puts together very thoughtful workout programs and is ready with alternatives if something doesn’t work for you. I’ve learned more about fitness this past year than I did over a decade of group classes (and have seen MUCH better results in just one year). He is so passionate about what he does and it shows every session through his thorough demos, cues, and explanations. There have been times where I mentioned discomfort with an exercise and he would come in for our next session with ideas ready to try to remedy it! He always has such a great attitude that I look forward to training, even though I know it is going to be tough. He has pushed me past what I thought was possible practically every session. I am so lucky to have his support on my fitness journey! He really is the best.
