We stayed there for 2 days to explore the beautiful surroundings and had a wonderful time. A beautiful spacious room with all the luxury. We were very welcomed by the owners. We were shown all the sights in the area. Porto is also nearby. That was fantastic. Really recommended. I will definitely come back!

The entrance is very grand and once you’re inside a magnificent landscape unfolds. Like a little hidden paradise. The rooms are fabulous, every detail thought out. I would personally prefer a bathroom door for both some more privacy and darkness in the room, but the bathroom itself is fantastic. An incredible rain shower for ultimate relaxation and great amenities that compliment the room. The beds are incredibly comfy as well. It’s great to see the old features of the building being kept intact or brought back to live. The grounds still need some more work as some of the buildings on the grounds are still in ruins, but overal the stay was great and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a quiet getaway close to some great places to visit.

If you love good food and good wine, you need to visit North Portugal, where Ecoresort Portobali is a very central place to stay. 40 minutes from Porto and Braga, 20 minutes from Guimaraes and Amarante. We stayed here one week and could stay here even a couple of weeks more to explore cities, local markets, cycling, and to explore the beautiful nature. From here, you can also visit the beautiful Douro region. What we didn´t know is that, is that Portugal has a big variety of thermal places to relax. Ecoresort Portobali is the ideal place for anyone looking to find peace and rejuvenate in nature. We will definitely come back!

Our family had an amazing time at Ecoresort Portobali! Our daughter absolutely loved the playground and trampoline, and we felt at ease knowing she could play safely. The resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation and family-friendly activities. The room was bigger than we had experienced at different hotels, and we were positively surprised by the number of activities North Portugal offers for families (adventure park, museum park, waterparks). As from next month, the accommodation will also offer a swimming pool. We can't wait to return!
