I have taken the The Clinical Psychiatry for the NP Course as well as the HRT program. I couldn't agree with Justin Allen's philosophy more regarding the NP curriculum. Remove all the fluff theory and get the science. This course does just that. Learn the knowledge you need to succeed and don't waste time on theory. If we need to stand on our own then we need to be able to perform on our own confidently. When precepting students or speaking with fellow NP's I frequently recommend Elite NP as a way for them to enhance their career and lively hood. I obtained more in depth knowledge from both the PMHNP course and HRT course that will allow for me to focus my niche on Mens Health and Wellness. It has been a tremendous attribute to both mine and my wife's success in starting our business and day to day practice.

I’ve taken several of your courses focused on building and scaling a nurse practitioner–led business. The most impactful part for me was learning how to structure services, price confidently, and create systems that support growth. I’ve applied these strategies directly by refining my business model, improving patient flow, and becoming more intentional with my marketing. It helps you feel less alone and more empowered to take action.  Attending the events gave me real-world insight and inspiration. I was able to connect with other NPs, hear their experiences, and learn practical strategies that I could implement right away. The networking alone was invaluable, but beyond that, the events helped shift my mindset—seeing what’s possible made me think bigger about my own goals. Your courses and resources have played a major role in my professional growth. They’ve helped me develop both the clinical-business balance and the confidence to pursue opportunities outside of traditional roles. I’ve grown not only in my knowledge but also in my mindset—becoming more proactive, strategic, and aligned with my long-term vision of personal and professional freedom.
