I like how it went into detail to importance of protein while on GLP-1s and that the module went over some of the different peptides that work synergistically with them.

I loved the GLP-1 course as it was very informative and scientific without being over complicated. I loved the analogies used to explain the different functions and roles played by GLP-1s in the body. My next step is to create a client zoom course to help educate them on GLP-1s explaining the benefits, the risks, the side effects, the benefits of a higher protein healthy lifestyle and the need for guidance and coaching to use them safely. I would definitely recommend this course to other health professionals who want to delve into the realm of peptides as it gives the science in an easily explained format and also gives guidelines how to do this ethically. The insights I gained were to assess the client , discuss their goals and then put together a structured synergistic program of diet, lifestyle and peptides to help the client achieve their goals safely and effectively. Also the importance of utilising the GLP-1s to re-educate the client on lifestyle and new dietary habits.
