I would like to report an excellent overall experience with FHEA. I have been a FNP for twenty years, and this year chose to do my recertification through testing. I'm very glad I did, as I think the comprehensive nature of this course is far superior to the hit-and-miss nature of picking out individual CE courses. I was familiar with this organization as I had taken an in-person course several years ago and found it very helpful. I was pleased to find it is still the same thorough, comprehensive course it was then. I am very pleased to report that I passed the recertification exam handily. The format of the test and the general nature of the questions were quite similar to the FHEA testing format, and that familiarity gave me confidence during the exam. Because of the FHEA testing, I could tell during the exam that I was doing all right and would pass. As a word of personal advice, I also found the practice tests that can be purchased through AANP were enormously helpful as the computer format was the same as the certification exam, so that familiarity was also very helpful. And so I would recommend this course to new grads but also NPs with years of experience. I have been able to update my own practice to current guidelines thanks to this course. My thanks to the FHEA staff for all their help over the phone, both as I was contemplating enrolling and during the process. They were thoroughly helpful and professional.

I would recommend the two day course! I took the competitions two day as well and tell all my firmness don’t do any other program except this program! Passed on my first attempt - finished in two hours without any stress. The two class and book not only told you exactly what to study but has become a great resource for Clincal practice. Easy to understand lectures that allowed me to understand many of the core principles! I have test anxiety and felt very prepared while I was taking my test! I would recommend doing this course while still in clinical and then the instructor told me study - 2-4 hours for six weeks- and then take the test - perfect plan.

FHEA’s courses are thorough and up to date. I was already a certified NP but read through the certification course nonetheless. Live experiences from lecturers is most helpful to me. Future NPs would greatly benefit from taking this online format for Continuing Education Units. Experienced NPs would benefit from FHEA review.
