I am using the ForWare system for nearly 3 years now. In the beginning, the system was used for a single manufacturer for work approvals only. Now, I have my entire supplier network coming through the ForWare system as a one stop shop for vehicle repair approvals, service histories and other fleet related documents. The system is now operating as a full Fleet Management Tool. With the recent procurement of a telematics system, the integration between the two systems is transforming how I manage a fleet of complex vehicles across 19 sites delivering a nationwide service and I have seen a marked improvement on H&S related issues, budget control and fleet reporting. Having used the ForWare system, I don't think I could ever go back to the old paper based, on the phone constantly way of managing a fleet. Everything is done through the ForWare system.

We at Mooney’s have been using the ForWare system for over 5 years now and as a Service Manager I need my aftersales systems to work for me, not against my process. ForWare allows me to use the system to see when Fleet Vehicles are Due a service and my team can book accordingly per my available workshop time.
