ForWare virtually puts them on OUR workshop floor 83km away, this gives the fleet technical team the opportunity to work with us to give the authorisation of the required repairs all on the one system. We can do this because all the above features are built into the ForWare system. This keeps my technicians productive,It also gets this very important vehicle back into service quickly. ForWare allows for full transparency of the work required, recorded within the system for reference within the service history. I am using the ForWare system for nearly 3 years now. In the beginning, the system was used for a single manufacturer for work approvals only. Now, I have my entire supplier network coming through the ForWare system as a one stop shop for vehicle repair approvals, service histories and other fleet related documents. The system is now operating as a full Fleet Management Tool.
