I went throught the Hired course and wasn't sure at first if it would help. I'm more of a mediocre job interviewee mainly due to nerves during the interview process. I can say without a doubt that this course helped me become more confident during the interview process. I felt like I was more professional as well as able to show them who I am as a nurse during the interview and while job shadowing. Be sure to follow through with a thank you email! My grandpa also told me "the squeaky wheel gets the oil" but I never knew how to do that without looking like I was annoying. This course helped show how while being professional!

Using your HIRED course as a guide, I crafted a resume and cover letter and was promptly invited to an interview. I was expecting a one-on-one interview with the manager, but it was a panel interview with four people from the ICU.
