Professional flyfisher - starting my own event business around fly fishing..

I first came across GROW from the website after listening to Kristina's 'Your Dream Life Starts Here' on audiobook. Back then my husband had passed away. I was on a fishing trip listening to the book, and asking myself what life I wanted now that I would have to shape my own life - post full time employment and post Phil. I knew I didn't want to just go into a quiet retired life. My mind was telling me I wanted a healthy, active and fulfilled life. Grow, and then subsequently the Coaching sessions have helped me to forge my own path with confidence and intention. I love how Grow has helped me incorporate new ideas into my life, because I'm being exposed and challenged with different ways of thinking. I really liked Robin Sharma's, 'The Wealth Money Can't Buy' ...the way it was structured in small bites. And I've followed up reading more on the mind, health, heart and soul sets. 'The Way of the seal' by Mark Divine really challenged my thinking and pushed me to do more. 'Superlife' and 'The Health Habit' challenged my knowledge of nutrition and made me read more about nutrition and exercise - and change my exercise routine. Currently enjoying understanding of habits and the science behind how to form good ones and how unhelpful ones can be broken. Having said that, my journey began with Kristina's 'Your Dream Life Starts Here', so I've enjoyed re-reading this. The most valuable elements of GROW have been listening and hearing what others got out of the books. Being in GROW has completely changed my life plan for this 'post work' phase of my life. It's challenged me to think big and that it's ok to go after everything I want in a positive way - and not slow down as society would tell us to in 'retirement' (and I may have once thought I should.)

I might have first heard about GROW from kristina's podcast? i just remember I was intrigued by reading different books. Just love the variety of books and some of them I likely wouldn't pick up to read but I do because of GROW. And I love the discussions and the pace of reading each month. It's had an impact on my life, and I think my emotional wellbeing has improved. Perhaps the biggest impact has been implementing a morning ritual including morning pages journaling. I'm definitely more self confident, self assured, motivated. Advice for anyone thinking of joining? Keep up on the reading and attend discussions or watch the videos as often as possible.

I first discovered GROW during Covid and having done the Dream Life Course and various other online catch ups. Back then, there was lots of time to reflect and focus on personal development and growth. I wasn't much of a book reader, but now I devour books each week it seems, and I love learning something new from most books. There's lots I love about GROW - but the main thing is actually consistently reading and learning from books. I never prioritized time to read - always too busy - but now I read via audible every day. One of my favourite books was The Wealthy Gardener - reminds me of my parents and grandparents words of wisdom. POWER - a book about race, gender and equality was great. 10x - loved the simplicity of the book as it very much reminded me of how we scaled our previous business Work Smarter, Live Better - amazing productivity book. So many books I've loved.... For me, the most valuable elements of GROW are reading, connection, community and the weekly rhythm. And I love the inspiring interactions we have with like minded people all over the world. The biggest achievement for me from GROW has been knowing that anything is possible, and reading so many books about a range of topics. It's been a 10/10 experience for me. Inspiring. Enlightening. Empowering. For anyone thinking of joining, it really is a lovely community of like minded people - and it's so good each year to read a variety of books on 12 different topic areas.

I follow Kristina on social media and often received the emails about the GROW book club - which is how I discovered it. At that time I was 47 and didn't really feel like I was the best version of myself. I'd followed kristina for a long time and kikki k and purchasing her Dream Life books was so inspiring. I was at a point in my life where I knew I needed to make changes so I could be as close to the best version of myself when I turn 5o, and it seemed the right time in my life to join Grow. there's a lot i love about it. The weekly rhythm, what Kristina shares, the variety of books we read, access to the recordings to watch any time and go back to, the inspiration and learning from others in the program - and the way it inspires and empowers me in general. And I really love I have loved how Grow has opened my eyes to authors and books I haven't even heard of - and how it has changed my perspective big or small in how I live my life. I have been at a crossroad of putting everyone else first and acknowledging that I won't become the best version of me if I don't prioritise myself. The books I've read in Grow have just opened my eyes and mind to different thought processes, how I view the world and broadened my own thought process. I'm extremely grateful for GROW - it has been life changing. Seriously, the impact on my life has been big. It's made me think about things I've never even contemplated!! It's made me ask myself about how I feel about something and then challenge why I react or think about things the way I do. It's helped me think about the psychology of habits and why I get so frustrated with myself - such as procrastination or self sabotage. It's also made me think about my relationship with money - who knew how I responded was actually a psychological relationship!! It's really made me wake up and see life through a different lens. My biggest breakthrough was when we read POWER. Like Kemi I was in foster care and adopted at the age of 6 months - so I completely get the people pleasing, being a good girl, not belonging, not feeling good enough - as a result being rejected and feeling disempowered often. But Kemi opened my eyes to what it's like being a woman of race, what it's like to be the only black woman in a room full of white women, to see advertisements of mainstream society but not include people in wheelchairs, people who are blind/deaf or anyone really not mainstream. I never realised what it's like on the other side and I think Kemi portrayed this so well in her book. When I'm out in the world everyday I see it differently now thanks to Kemi and the book. She highlighted what it's like to be on the other side - something embarrassingly I thought I got but then how could I as a white Caucasian mainstream female who can walk, see, hear and speak. I am so happy with how far I've come and how much GROW has opened my mind - and I look forward to being part of GROW for a very long time. My advice for anyone thinking of joining GROW? Just Do It - it's life changing!!

I first heard about GROW from Dream Life emails, and when I joined Kristina's Platinum Coaching it included GROW membership. There's lots i love about it. The learning & personal growth, The weekly rhythm of sessions, Kristina's experience sharing, the guest speakers... and I LOVE how Kristina motivates me to be a better version of myself. I find the most valuable parts of GROW are time with Kristina and books ...plus the accountability of showing up or listening in weekly. It's been such a huge help for me in forming a really positive weekly routine - and got me back into reading and learning regularly. It's been a 10/10 for me and i've grown so much as a result. I'm really thankful to have this in my life, where I can take the time to focus on myself, and GROW plus the dream coaching course are exactly what I need. Advice for someone thinking of joining? Do it sooner rather than later - as you get definite value for money.
