5 stars because not only did I have to call once but twice in a week period for two different situations at my house. First my plumbing was backing up so I scheduled a appointment for a later time, well over the weekend when temperatures decided to hit in the high 90s my ac went out! I called them the following morning and not only did they show up when they said they would but fixed it in less than a hour! The following day they came to fix my plumbing! Both men were so kind and professional ! Definitely will be calling them back if I have any other problems. Highly recommend!

We called 06/28 and the service team we spoke to were incredibly helpful. Josh, who was incredibly kind, came out the same day and fixed our issues promptly. We would definitely recommend Guy’s.

Tim & Isaiah did a great job! They were friendly, professional & efficient. It only took them 30 minutes to crawl under our house & replace a leaking section of pipe. Very impressed!

It started out with a professional load calculation and bid by Aaron and then quality and concientious installation service from Cole and Logan. At the beginning of the work day plastic was laid down in their work areas and at the end of the day they picked up, cleaned up, and made room in the garage so we could put the car back in for the night. Those are the little extras we appreciated over their skills as installers. Given the opportunity we will highly recommend Guy's Plumbing, Heating, and Air. I have had Guy's Plumbing work at my home and I have been very pleased with the courteous and professional service I received. I had them out to my business on three separate calls last week. All of the calls were in different buildings and different problems. They came out and fixed all three on different days and within 10 hours of calling. I manage the collision center at Canyon Drive Paint and Body. We've used a different heating and air company for many years. Just last week my AC unit went out, so I called who we used to use. They came out and informed me that my unit was bad and needed to be completely replaced. The bid was for thousands! I wasn't convinced that the unit was bad so I talked to my GM and he referred me to Guys. They came out the same day I called and fixed my AC in a matter of minutes. Only charging me a service charge. I will never use the old company again. Guys is the most honest company in town. Highly recommended!! Great job Guys!

My blower motor went out on my heater. Alex, the technician was very responsive, he communicated very well and replaced the motor super fast. I have used this company one other time for an air conditioner issue and had the same great service. They don't mark the parts up an unreasonable amount as some other heating & air companies do. I will certainly be using them again!

Guy's did great. I called about my air conditioning unit and they were quick to respond. I really liked that they do not charge to come out and take a look at what is wrong with the unit! We are extremely happy and we will use them again the future!
