Best User Friendly Tech Out Here! What do you like best about Hinterview? I enjoy the user-friendly step-by-step process Hinterview provides. As I work with international applicants, the application process is a universal language and very simplistic! The way to track the candidate's progress is painless and trouble-free. It has been a game changer for our clients to respect their time and not have them sit through 5-6 hour-long international interview events. The user-friendly process for managing their applicants is so convincing that this is how interviews should be done! The best recruitment video tech.
What do you like best about Hinterview? We did a demo of Hinterview and its competitors and ended up signing with a competitor, based purely on cost. Once we began the onboarding process, it was clear that it didn't have the same functionality as Hinterview and we had made a big mistake. We decided to sign up with Hinterview regardless and cannot fault the platform nor the customer service from all involved. Highly recommend. What do you dislike about Hinterview? On first demo, competitor systems may look shinier but the functionality is not as strong. Hinterview is a more expensive system but justified in its functionality and ongoing support. Enjoyed working with the Hinterview team - Henna was particularly great in her account management, training, and onboarding role. Had a few issues here and there - but Andy (co-founder) helped me solve an issue and he cares about his company and it's reputation. If you need a slick Video tool to help set your recruiting firm apart - record interviews with candidates - or post Social Media Videos about your clients opportunities - this is a tool worth considering.

I just had an awesome experience training on how to use Hinterview by Henna over teams. She was so friendly, patient, and helpful that I felt like I was chatting with a friend.Right from the start, Henna’s cheerful tone made me feel welcome and valued. She listened to me without any rush and answered my questions with ease helping me to understand Hinterview better. I never felt like I was bothering her with my questions, and that meant a lot to me.The thing that impressed me the most about Henna was how much she cared about solving my problem. She really went the extra mile, doing everything she could to find a solution. She even explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel confident about resolving the issue.Overall, I felt like she really cared about me. Taking the time to help me, and that made all the difference. If you ever need help from an expert I highly recommend Henna. She is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping people.

I worked with Finn at Hinterview at my previous employer which was a commercial recruitment agency and he was always super helpful (as are the whole team!) and since then I have started a new role in-house and have instigated Hinterview here too! Finn is always on hand and the wider team are very repsonsive - the software is great, easy to use and massively improves candidate engagement. Highly recommend for both recruiment agencies or talent acquisition teams!

I’ve worked with Hinterview for some time and can confidently say that as well as being one of the top video interviewing platforms on the market, they also have one of the best customer success teams in our industry. My Customer Support Angel is Emma Thompson, and truly a blessing, and quite knowledable. When I have had a Issue or problem, she is right there to get it addressed. Hinterview has a number of great features and has been very useful for us as a business as we have transitioned to using more video interviewing. As well as the video interview features there is an easy to use ATS providing a secure portal to share candidate information with clients. We have also used the one way video function for candidates to record answers to specific questions or to provide a personal overview which we can submit to our clients. The support team are very responsive and are always incredibly helpful with their advice and support.

We implemented hinterview Software onto our business over a year ago now and we're so glad we did. We have utilised hInterview in so many ways and have seen huge results from it. We can directly attribute over 100k in revenue to interactions that started with video introductions. The customer service team at Hinterview is awesome too. Even though we are based in Australia and the customer service team is in the UK, they always get back to us promptly and any issues (which there haven't been many) are resolved straight away.Keep up the good work team!
