I was diagnosed with a Bulging Disk and could not walk. I tried Chiropractor & Physical Therapist with little to no improvement. After working with Matt in less than 2 weeks, was pain free and could walk again. Matt looked at how I moved, determined the root cause of issue, determined movement I needed to make pain go away, then taught me how to move differently to reduce future injury. Matt is the real deal and takes personal responsibility for making you feel/move/live better. He is not a Dr that does not care about you, he genuinely wants to get you better and out of his office so you can live.

I had a torn meniscus and felt the pain for about 3 months. I am pain free after working with Matt.
The best thing about working with Matt is that he focus’s on the specific area to my needs and creates a personalized plan for recovery. He adjusts the treatment plan as needed over time.
Matt is very knowledgeable and will offer an array of choices in a recovery plan. He is open minded and gives a different perspective other than the medical model.

I injured my foot from playing lacrosse and overuse. Before working with Matt I was in a boot for a total of 8 weeks, got PRP injections and did PT. There was absolutely no change in my foot and nothing seemed to work to the point where I was debating getting surgery. Thats until I found Matt and after 2 weeks of working with him I was back to fully playing lacrosse, didn’t kiss my season goodbye, and have no pain in my foot at all.

Matt is very knowledgeable and a great guy to work with. I had a 20 year shoulder injury that nagged me to a point of needing to take action. Came across Matt and he said there are ways to address it without getting surgery etc. I’ve tried a few other therapies and approaches over the years, unsuccessfully. After several weeks of deep tissue work and a regiment to work on my joint integrity and contributing muscles, Matt was able to help me rehab and reprogram my shoulder - I'm able to start building muscle back onto my shoulders for the first time in years. I’d recommend giving him a call for any nagging injuries.
