Prior to the Achieve ISO 14971 training program, I was challenged with how to transition from an FMEA-based risk assessment process to one that was compliant with ISO 14971:2019. What I most liked about this program was that it thoroughly and systematically helped me to address this challenge. But there was so much more, in addition to this element, that I gained from the training. We discussed in depth many additional and fundamentally important aspects of the overall risk management process that are critical to establishing compliance. With this training, I was successfully able to update the risk management SOP and associated risk management file documents for an early-stage medical device start-up client.

This course was very informative and packed with applicable Risk Management material especially related medical device industry.
