Being a parent is the most educational and world-changing thing you can be a part of and often there is a feeling of not being enough. As a savior in need when BUP was not available and the feeling that we tried everything for a child who had an unnecessarily tough time, we got in touch with Susanne at @humantoolbox She took on this amazing kid and in just two meetings the depression was almost gone and there were tools to deal with the anxiety on my own. Where psychiatry had failed, Susanne succeeded. She gives people tools and understanding for themselves and their surroundings so they can own their own feelings and manage life. Growing up, it felt like all the external factors were swallowing me up and happening completely out of control. I didn't know how to manage my life! The insight into my own choices, as well as daring to own ALL of my feelings is for me the gain of life and today naturally programmed in my thought pattern.
