Customer service is incredible, so I feel like any issues or objectives I want to hit are fully supported by the team. I hope this only improves as they grow and doesn't become watered down.
Intempt is incredibly easy to onboard and to integrate with other systems. We first began using Intempt for simple personalization campaigns. These marketing programs quickly developed into highly personalized nurture journeys, complete with advanced lead scoring, audience segmentation, and sales automation - It is a very complete package, with a lot of functionality to perform omnichannel campaigns.
With an easy and straight forward set up, Intempt enabled us to have full analytics capabilities at launch of our mobile app. This meant we were never flying blind in terms of customer data. Furthermore, setting up omni-channel customer messaging was relatively quick and easy (a few days work) making it faster to get solutions in place for those use cases.
