I had a pleasure of getting to know John as student and later work side by side as teaching fellows for past 6 months at the Fullstack Academy of code. John has a nature of the true engineer, who is never satisfied till he dives deep into a specific concept or topic to reveal the mystery, figuring every small detail of it. One of the greatest examples of John’s genuine curiosity is the tech talk that he gave to students where he introduced an exciting new perspective on investigating JavaScript functions. That said, I truly believe that John is a true asset to any engineering team!

Among the Fullstack alumni who served as teaching fellows during our cohort, John was the most devoted to the role. What little free time it provided him, he graciously spent mentoring us. The professionalism as well as empathy we found in John belied a beyond-impressive degree of maturity for one so young and at the beginning of his career. His knowledge of Javascript is acute. 

I had the pleasure of getting to know John as both a student and fellow at Fullstack Academy. Throughout both roles, John proved to be an invaluable partner, colleague, and friend. As a student, John's inquisitive nature, combined with his calming demeanor was often the driving force behind deep thoughtful discussion that invariably resulted in a profound understanding of the topic at hand. As a fellow, John was kind, caring, and nurturing, often foregoing lunch to meet with students to discuss their process and provide them extra support.
