I'd say the most valuable session for me was week 2, when we learned how to craft a better script. The advice given about customizing your script based on the persona you're speaking with was a great idea that I have been utilizing ever since, and in just the two weeks since then I have hit my monthly quota almost 3x over! It was advice that seemed so logical that I wondered why I hadn't thought of it before. I also LOVED the breakout room that week where Ronen advised us each on how to simplify our script to make it easy to understand and comprehensive without being too wordy. Whether you're new to the SDR role or have been in the seat for a while, I promise you will find value in Ronen's methods. I've done well with SDR'ing, but my quota attainment often was rooted to high #s across the board (ie. accounts, contacts, dials, emails)... However, I knew if I wanted to succeed in my new role as not only an SDR but also an SDR-like manager who owned the tech stack / process I need to be able to hit attainment with lower #s and higher conversion rates. I sought Ronen for this purpose. I can tell you CONFIDENTLY that I am VERY HAPPY with that decision. Not only has my conversion rate skyrocketed (around 15-20% conversion, compared to the ~8% I had for a while), but also I've been able to learn / implement a whole new process for cold calling. 1 of the biggest pieces to my success was implementing Ronen's warm/friendly/honest intro... it has opened up SO MANY contacts to allow me to pitch. Plus, his assessment structure of a cold call from intro to pitch to close is very useful to help with breaking down cold calling like a science. I have been using the phone to cold call for decades and I have always been ahead of my of peers due to the use of technology and my abilities on the phone. COVID has completely upended outreach to IT executives and my old approach was not working. Ronen advised me on a new tech stack as well as how to redo my cold calling framework. Before meeting Ronen, cold calling felt like I was throwing myself into the unknown. Thanks to the Cold Calling Boot Camp, I've been cold calling with greater confidence and preparedness than before. Ronen spent time with me on Slack to improve my script.
