Three days in a hotel room in Leicester, surrounded by others who also trusted you with their precious time—that’s a big responsibility. And you delivered. The time was WELL SPENT.  And thank you to everyone in that room who gave their time so openly and honestly. I hope you all took as much from it as we did. I’ll never get that time back. Time I’ll never regret spending. TIME WELL SPENT.

I have always felt that everyone has their own story but yours is incredible and to run a good business alongside all of this is testament to your resilience. To know this now and know the conversations we have had and the smile you always carried is astounding. 

I  received your support growing the Impact Group and can only thank you from the bottom of my heart for that. One thing I've noticed since we met many years ago is your support for others. You never question anything which is invaluable.

Sometimes the universe brings you the people bearing the kind message you need to hear at just the right moment. Spending some time with Cassie last week was a joy, talking hospitality, guest experience and community then reading her kind words and the comments gave me the boost I needed on a tough day this week. Thank you Cassie.

I’m blown away. Her ability to capture these stories with such care and connection is exactly why she’s been an inspiration to me from day one. Cassie has always had a talent for creating space — not just physical space, but emotional space, where people can connect, grow, and dream a little bigger.
