My three daughters have all participated in Leap online trainings and academies. The online skills sessions are so helpful to develop their technical skills plus they get to train with an A+ player that they look up to. The Leap academies take it one step further to incorporate great training for field play and vision. All the coaches keep it fun and competitive. Can’t recommend Leap enough.

Leap Live has been a critical piece to our daughter’s training and evolution as a player. With busy schedules it’s a great way to get that stick skill training in multiple times during the week. The various trainings the Leap team offers (coming from different coaches every day) has truly helped our daughter both in practice and in games. Leap Live and Leap On-Demand have been staples in my girls' field hockey journey. The convenient way to get in a lot of high-pace touches is unmatched. Receiving feedback from the live sessions has also been very helpful. The girls have also appreciated the range in coaches and coaching styles.
