As an autistic person myself I often feel alienated from my peers as they don't understand the struggles, what it's like being autistic, or what autism is. I would recommend this program to anyone that wants to make a difference by improving the lives of autistic people. This program I see will definitely help people be more informed of autism. Which in turn will help build understanding and empathy of autistic people

Volunteering for Luv Michael was a very fun experience and has taught me crucial life skills like advocacy, research and fundraising. Luv Michael opened up my point of view to things that I never knew was a problem in our society like adults with autism. To know that what you are doing is actually giving back to the community just makes you feel like true hero and should be recognized for the president’s service reward.

I love love Luv Michael. You can make a difference and earn volunteer hours, a graduation cord, and even a letter of recommendation. I felt like I was making a difference, and it really warmed my heart that I was advocating for an issue not talked about enough. It's super easy to volunteer, and you can make difference in someone else's life.

As autism is becoming mentioned in everyday life but still holds so many unknowns, the more, modern research one can learn will lead them to be able to make educated decisions when it comes to politics surrounding autism or be able to just understand why someone with autism might have different behaviour but they still are equally capable as anyone. Luv Michael's volunteer program allowed me to research with given guided questions and develop more perspective on how people with autism can experience inequalities, especially after they become adults.

It is truly an amazing program that helps families care for those with autism. Before I did this, I barely knew what people with autism even struggled with. Now I am more aware and feel more empathetic towards them and want to help in any way possible. Just like Jesus heals, we should also try to help:)

It's a great way to get rewarded and make an impact on autistic people's lives because they are overlooked in the workplace. It feels great that more autistic people can find jobs in workplaces that see them for the talented people they really are.

It's very educational and eye-opening. Doing research on my own really allowed me to dig a rabbit hole, to have flexibility and take it at my own pace! If you dedicate the time, it's pretty easy to do from your phone.

My favorite part of the experience was the ability to educate the people around me through a simple text message. Helping shine light on the struggles of employment for autistic adults is so important, and I was so happy to be doing that with my team.
