They were very helpful. Even though I was unable to receive treatment from them due to my insurance, they were able to refer me to a provider that did accept my insurance. I did have just an initial screening interview with them and they were very professional empathetic and kind throughout that.

It's clean and comfortable and has good light energy. Amy and Moen are the best. You will feel safe and it has helped me a lot to have a safe space.

This is a discreet and intimate clinic that has legitimately changed my life for the better. Getting approval through my insurance was a veritable breeze, and my experience with every staff member along the way has exceeded every expectation I could have had. Plan for a serious time commitment, I'd say it's been helpful to be self employed and able to have a flexible work schedule, but if your mental health is important to you, you'll find a way. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
