I needed to do this for myself and I am so happy Eileen encouraged me to do the meditation series and supported me the whole way through. I have been struggling with being fully present with myself and it reminded me to take time for myself and get to know myself again. Eileen is wonderful!!

I am my best self when I am slowing down and reconnecting with myself, but I often feel overwhelmed by the idea of create the “perfect” mindfulness routine. Eileen’s workshop helped remind me that there is no “right” way to meditate. She uses compassion and curiosity to help you cultivate a routine that works for you! The meditation series Eileen created was a true gift. I was able to be super intentional and set time aside weekly to be led through a calm & tranquil space. There is zero pressure to show up as anything other than yourself. The meditation series came at a pivotal time in my life, as the busy holiday season along with life changing events. Through this practice and in this space, I felt like I could breathe and truly be present in the process. I have done a few of Eileen’s meditation series and love them. She so gently guides you back to you in the most compassionate way. I end each session feeling a deep sense of peace and acceptance. I’ve gotten hooked on the Monday meditation series with Eileen. Mondays are always full of anxiety for me and being able to come back to me through Eileens meditations on Monday nights has been so calming.

I have enjoyed the last six weeks immensely. The meditation and journal prompts are a great way to start the week off on a more positive and contemplative note. Eileen has a unique gift to craft playlists, quotes, and journal prompts that always hit the mark. I have taken part in several of her programs and I highly recommend any of them. Monday nights were something to look forward to when enrolled in Eileen’s meditation series! Without fail, the sessions started and ended on an incredibly peaceful, calming, loving note. Eileen’s meditation series was exactly what I needed during a stressful and busy time in my life. This series allowed me to return to the practice of meditation and journaling.
