Great Solution & Super Support
I used a few different apps in my quest for a replacement to Sessions. This covers everything I need. The UI could do with a few 'tweaks' in my opinion, but that is probably just a personal preference. One thing that stands out for me is the support! 4 times I have asked a question and it has been responded to very quickly (IMO I am aware others have different expectations). Definitely a keeper!

Easy to Use for building branded Virtual Meeting platform
Have tested Meet Hour in the recent days. This platform gives me scope for a lot of customizations and user friendly too, with a straightforward interface that makes it easy to schedule and join meetings. It also provides flexibility to Embed on websites for better outreach. Look and feel can be finetuned even better, as some of our colleagues expressed that it looks in old fashion and controls can be made intuitive for better navigation. Finding much potential in the Founders team, I expect to have them a major leap in the upcoming years. All the best Team MeetHour! for being a great alternative to the major players in the market.

Meet Hour Is Meeting My Expectations
Meet Hour is really an awesome product and the customer support is equally great! Without knowing how to use the product, I created and meeting from scratch and was on with my client in less than 4 minutes. The coolest part, my clients was talking about how much she enjoyed the waiting room music!

Everything I Needed to Make the Switch from Zoom
I was able to purchase Meet Hour and get up and running within minutes. I love how simple the dashboard is and I love that I did not lose any features I needed from Zoom. Having the chat, being able to automatically mute participants, being able to share my screen, raise my hand, etc. are a part of Meet Hour. The customer service is super responsive which is super reassuring when you're diving into a new software. I have nothing but good things to say about Meet Hour.

Decent, good even... but not ideal!
Things I like - in essence, it does what it claims. Based on my testing it works, however, I didn't test it in too many calls so can't speak about long-term stability, but so far so good. Things I don't like: 1. The breakout rooms... currently missing (!!) But are promised ~2 months after the Appsumo launch ends. This is definitely not good and I'd prefer it to be sooner. This business is supposedly 20+ years in existence, how come such critical feature is missing? That's a red flag. Secondly, from experience, it's never good to put too much hope in the roadmap. Breakout rooms are critical for me, so it puts me in a hard spot to wait for something I need when it's outside of the refund period. 2) I am using a few standard extensions on my Chrome and some elements inside the dashboard are breaking, so there may be a conflict. Not ideal, ideally the product should be compatible with all the major extensions. Overall, I'll probably (80% chance) keep it and hope the breakout rooms will be delivered (and soon), and hopefully some these small UI things can be fixed.

Clean, Clear Interface and Nice App.
I've been using Meet Hour for my virtual meetings and conferences, and I must say I'm quite impressed with the overall experience. Here's my detailed review: Pros: Exceptionally clean and intuitive user interface Excellent recording functionality that works flawlessly Feature-rich platform with all essential conferencing tools Smooth video quality Easy to set up and get started Areas for Improvement: Voice connectivity occasionally drops during meetings, requiring reconnection Audio stability could use some enhancement The platform has been mostly reliable for my day-to-day meeting needs. The recording feature is particularly impressive and has proven to be incredibly useful for maintaining meeting records and sharing with absent team members. While I have experienced some intermittent voice connection issues that require reconnecting during meetings, these hiccups haven't significantly impacted the overall value of the platform. The development team seems committed to improvement, and I'm confident these audio stability issues will be addressed in future updates. Despite the voice connectivity challenge, I'm giving Meet Hour 5 stars because the platform shows great promise and delivers excellent value through its comprehensive feature set. The clean interface and robust recording capabilities more than make up for the occasional audio hiccup. Looking forward to seeing this platform grow and evolve with continued improvements and feature additions.

Amazing software. Do not sleep.
After spending £ 600 on software on Appsumo for Black Friday, I can say that the $49 for Meet Hours are the best spent: I am been playing with it since yesterday and i am having fun. The UI is very user friendly, It is easy to set a meeting, a plan a meeting, to navigate the meeting and change setting on the fly, similarly to Google Meet, which is my favourite for its simplicity. From now on I will use Meet Hour instead for teaching, as it allow also to record the meeting, download it and also to stream directly to your social. I love the fact that you can set the streaming keys while you are already inside the meeting, allowing you do do multi-platform streaming. Also If you have a bit of cash, go for tier 2, as they will had the breakout room soon, plus you can stream in your domain as well. I still have today to upgrade to tier 2 and really considering it, even thought i will need to tie the belt this month (no coffee for a month). Final point . They have a live chat, where you can write and ask for help if you are stuck with something. They are friendly and professional, they guided me through for a quick orientation and I was really please. They are open for constructive feedback and gave me news abut future development. Believe me when i say that i truly think that this product is a no miss. It is lifetime and will have what you get from Team or Zoom for 1 year subscription. No brainer. I saw in these reviews a lot of negativity for minor points, which will get fixed quite easily. If you want a software for streaming or do meeting this is the best value i found, after looking all alternatives' like Streamyard, Melon, Google Meet and Zoom. I am really picky with the software i use and if i pay I am expecting to have the value i need. Go Meet Hour. I will do a video on my Youtube channel probably today @itrsxpert, so you can see this software potential.

Amazing software, with an elite support team I picked up this software in response to Zoom's ever-growing prices, so was in need of an affordable alternative. What I found instead was an amazingly innovative software that is potentially already at the top of my mind amongst its current competitors. For me, when dealing with any new software, having a top support team that guides you through the onboarding is just as important as having the highest quality product. Meet Hour, I'm happy to say has been 10/10 for me in both areas so far. So would like to thank Sarah and the support team for being knowledgeable, responsive, and going above and beyond to ensure my transition from Zoom was as smooth as possible. I would recommend anyone that does regular video conferencing to give this a try. Many Thanks Luke Date of experience: May 02, 2023

UPDATE: Based on the comment here from the team and via help from their chat support, I was able to remove the Meet Hour logo in the branded conference setting. Chat support was prompt and very helpful. I am now even more confident in my 5 star rating. Original review below: --- This is a provisional 5 stars - I have yet to test this with a live class but so far so good. Lots of great options. User interface is clean. Nice little bells and whistles here and there, like sound reaction emojis (and you can turn the sound off). I got Tier 1 and may go for Tier 3.

Easy and intuitive user interface Excellent software with an easy and intuitive user interface, as well as native integrations that met my needs such as a virtual whiteboard and document collaboration. There is also a responsive support team. I'm having some problems downloading the program to my Mac, and there are upcoming features such as the copy feature, which is part of the promises, and I hope they will be fulfilled. It's a promising program and a great team.

Customizing Meet Hour for Our Volunteer Efforts We needed an unlimited free video conferencing platform with the ability to record our proceedings. As a non-profit organization coordinating a large amount of volunteer work, Meet Hour proved to be incredibly helpful. Now, we are reaching out to you to explore customizing the platform to meet our specific needs, as Zoom has not been able to offer a cost-effective solution tailored to our requirements. Meet Hour seems like it has promise and is fairly easy to use with some nice conferencing features, but has quite a few bugs that make it hard to use at the current state. I like the fact they have a desktop app but it does not work on a Mac. I get an error message when trying to open it that it is out of date and will not open, so I had to use the browser version. There seems to be some issues with camera settings and when you come back from a screen share, it does not remember the camera setting and once you click into the program again, it will not let you change the camera. You can kind of do that from the hamburger menu at the lower right in the settings button, but even then it will not let you select anything other than the current camera even from the drop-down menu, although if you fiddle with it a bit it seems to change even though it does not indicate that it did. There is a button in the upper right-hand corner that appears to be a PIP setting, but when clicked, it totally boots you out of the session you are in, and you need to log back in. In my case, I was the only one in the session as I was just trying it out, but I got an error message saying the moderator had locked the session and I needed to insert the passcode to get back in. I also could not figure out how to see my screen share in the main window, so I could only see it in a tiny window off to the side, but I assume that if there were other participants, they would see a full window. I think it has potential, but it is definitely not a Zoom replacement at this point. EDIT: It appears that many of these problems go away when you use the browser application in a Chromium-based browser - something that is not stated in the description as far as I can tell. I tend to prefer Firefox, but many applications like seem to work only in Chromium-based browsers, which I find annoying since you limit your audience to only one type of browser. The Mac desktop application still does not work after downloading and installing it again. EDIT2: I did get the desktop app working, so the only remaining issue besides a few minor interface issues is that I am still experiencing issues in Firefox that are not there in Chromium-based browser. It looks like it runs much better in the desktop app, even though all your audience members may not want to download an app. I'm revising my review to 4 tacos. I'm comfortable enough that I am increasing my buy to Tier 3.

So I need to give an update after digging around and really playing with the softward for a few hours. I will post Additional Comments next to each point below ----------- I Bought Tier 3 and while this holds some promise, there is no way I can take this live yet. I'll hold on for 59 Days with hopefulness and I hope you can work out some of these kinks:

Meet Hour was easy to set up and I love the customization options for a landing page. I would like it to be more seamless with meeting names (the only way I could launch a meeting from my home page was by copying the meeting ID number). It's fine for personal use. For clients, I'd prefer it to be a bit more streamlined with the ability to use a personalized meeting name. Overall, the interface is great, with many useful integrations. It would be nice to be able to create profiles of options for different meetings. Future updates will only improve what is already an excellent foundation, and I am pleased with this title and happy to be an early adopter.

Okay, where do I start? I actually tried to break Meet Hour. I must admit it, Yep! I got in the car took it for a test drive and did not come back to the dealership until 48 hours later. This was a very unconventional buy for me. I think based on my recent experience I kind of took them to task on a lot of things. It was like I held them to a very high standard. Was that fair? Nope, but in order to keep platforms like Appsumo around I have raised my game and started checking with more due diligence. After running it through all of my tests I actually did a live with my community to share my findings. You can see that here if you like https://youtube.com/live/weYmLxMetv8

So I tested this out when I first got it, employing a virtual background as I do on all meeting apps and recorded the test. Results were horrible. Audio and video were completely out of sync and there was a hazy outline around me against the virtual background. I sent this to support (a recording of the test) and they said that virtual backgrounds were taxing on resources and I should try without. However, on the same PC with the same background, no issues with Zoom, Teams or Appsumo products like vivomeetings or gobrunch. Let's optimize your offering so it works efficiently. Our video should be streaming to your platform and optimized for optimal presentation on your servers. I have a 1GB connection on a modern processor with pleny of RAM. Local resources are not an issue. You should look into this seriously or be content with 10 reviews on Appsumo. No way i could recommend in its current state. But hoping you will improve. Just saying....

Its a pretty good product i’ve used it for over a year now and i feel it does almost everything what zoom and teams do but better and also at a cheaper price.i would recommend everyone to at-least try it out once, the customer support was very friendly to guide me through the process.

While there are lot many apps of similar nature, I however prefer this one for its sheer video and sound quality. I get all that I need for an effective conference. The app is superb and very user friendly. My compliments to the entire technical team of Meet Hour for having presented a very wonderful and useful app.

After having given my earlier poor review, I got very good and helpful support from the development team. I still would prefer the previous version (hence only 4 stars), but I was able to get better results than expected through the fine assistance. Thanks for being responsive to my concerns!
