MSL Co-living in Montreal as a student was a game-changer for me. It was affordable, had a modern setup, a fantastic, pretty vibe, and a prime location near my McGill and Concordia campus and the downtown action. It made my life much easier, as if my parent were reassured.
The concept of shared living spaces was completely new to me, but it was one of my best decisions. I met my friend Louisethat goes to Concordia and was so happy they matched me with her. The management team was attentive and quick to address any concerns, making the experience even more pleasant.

My experience with Mtl Student Living has been great since the beginning, the management team has been very nice and they do their best to assure that you have a great time here. They pair you in the apartment with people that are your same age and similar to you so you make good friends with your roommates and they organize social events so you get to know many people from your building and get to know the city a little bit better.

Mtl Student Living offers a very good service for housing in Montreal. My son is on an exchange with Concordia University and the building which he’s living in is just three minutes away walking from the university campus. He’s making friends from all over the world that maybe he can contact in the future and also learning about many cultures. They payment methods are organized and well provided.

I just shared with their rep what I was looking for, and she gave me multiple options that were all within my budget and had exactly what I was looking for. It would have taken me hours of visits and research, but it got done very quickly with MSL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Thanks for helping me find my new place in MTL!!!!

the application process was very easy. Eli was super helpful, replied very fast, and provided me with lots of information about the unit we were interested in. Unfortunately we did not go through with signing the lease as it was a 1 year lease and I was only interested in a 6 month lease. He said he would keep me in if anything else came available.

The team at Montreal Student Living is great. They're alumini students who actually know about the city and help you find a good student apartment. Mine is near Mcgill and they matched me with roommates that also attend the same university which is awesome. Definetely recommend.

MSL has been my go-to to help me find a student apartment downtown near Concordia. I met all my friends coming in, and they hooked me up with an airport pickup which is great since I don't speak French and was kinda intimidated flying in !!
