It is impossible to apply for a Partner visa or even Prospective Spouse visa by yourself. The Immigration Department pages are so unhelpful. You must use an experienced and helpful Immigration agent. NB Migration Law gave the assistance I needed, making the process so much easier and less stressful. I am greatly thankful to the immigration team who helped me successfully to receive a visa for my wife. They directed me to fill in forms that l didn't realize were needed, although I studied the Immigration Department pages seriously.
