I began working with Neeraj about 7 years ago as part of a project team for a very large customer. He impressed me from the beginning with his work ethic, smarts, and customer focus. Over the years I have sought out Neeraj for a variety of roles, most recently to take over & develop the Database support product line and DBA team @ Carpathia. In this role, he has developed very strong "trusted advisor" relationships with key customers. He has also taken initiative to work with sales and product management to expand the range of supported platforms and increase revenue. I would highly recommend Nerraj and look forward to an opportunity to work together again.
