I knew Peter for over a year before I really needed his services as a recruiter. In this time he built a perfect understanding of my needs. As a recruiter that's the greatest thing I like about him. As a software engineer, it is sometimes hard to praise the work of recruiters because way too many of them don't really understand the positions they are trying to fill. With Peter, it is an entirely different game. Peter is the kind of professional any recruiter should aspire to become. He knows the field of technology, knows what stands behind the terminology. He is the perfect interface between a company and a job candidate. I seriously doubt I would have obtained my current job position without his rockstar coaching.
