Overall, a great course with a lot of insightful content. I like the incorporation of assignments after each section, very effective and helpful in retaining the new knowledge. My favorite parts were intro to eNPS metric, dashboard demonstration and clean-up, and introduction to R. The methodology behind creating and measuring surveys was a new concept for me, so I thoroughly enjoyed it and learned a lot!
