I’m Bjarne, 20 years old and I’m from Kiel, Germany! I’m an apprentice at a hairdresser, but I’m focused on cutting men’s hair. As this is only legal way to go in Germany, I have to do the apprenticeship at the hairdresser, even though I don’t want to cut woman’s hair. Later on I want to own my own barbershop. I love cutting men’s hair and fell in love with it in 2020 when Covid, but since then I just did my friends and family. In September 24 I started doing it fulltime and I really love it. With academy, I want to get better with longer hair and with scissor work. Since joining, I have improved a lot and start getting nice flows into the haircut I also implemented the clipper/fading technique from Sam, which made my fades come out better than before. I love the community in the academy and the groupcalls and the tutorials. I loved the equipment videos aswell. The Academy helps me with my career because I implemented the right technique from the beginning. I’m really looking forward to all the other tutorials and getting them into the real life.
