I had a fantastic experience at Gold Coast Schools, especially thanks to the incredible instructor Marylin Guevara. I took the one-week intensive class (9 AM to 6 PM), and I was truly impressed by her level of commitment.
Marylin brings an exceptional amount of energy, focus, patience, and stamina to the classroom. Keeping students engaged for long, intensive days is no easy task, yet she does it effortlessly while making the material clear, practical, and approachable. She genuinely cares about her students’ understanding and success, and it shows in every interaction.

El curso post licencia de 45 horas es muy práctico e interesante. Más aún en la forma como es impartido por José Miguel Arreaza.
José Miguel desarrolla la instrucción de manera muy didáctica y objetiva, conectando sus explicaciones con la realidad y sus experiencias vivenciales como un broker exitoso y de una profunda formación en la carrera de real estate.
José Miguel, además, expone cada tema de forma amena, no dejando ningun espacio para el aburrimiento, o el cansancio, manteniendo al participante siempre atento.
Para ser un buen realtor, un buen médico, o cualquier buen profesional, lo primero es ser un buen ser humano.
Y José Miguel, como pude constatar, es, en primer lugar, un gran ser humano, dotado de una inteligencia aguda y profunda, con gran disposicion y vocación para la enseñanza, lo cual lo convierte en un instructor excepcional.
En mi caso particular, puedo afirmar, sin temer a equivocos, que José Miguel es el mejor maestro que he tenido, no solo en real estate, sino tambien en otras areas profesionales.

Ms. Lewis, stuck with us and saw us through the licensing process. Even when I was concerned she was able to get the application through on the first attempt. I applied for my contractor license once before 4 years ago with a different company and failed. Ms. Lewis was confident from the start. It really does make all the difference having someone on your side that knows the system, and what exactly the board is looking for. Approved experience is meaningless without the knowledge to lay it out in a manner the board is looking for. Trust me, your words will not be what is needed to meet the standard of the board. This company has figured out the wording necessary to submit that experience. DO NOT DO THIS ALONE, ultimately the service is inexpensive for what you actually get. These last 45 days waiting on the DBPR have been stressful, Ms. Lewis was never concerned. Shows her professionalism and knowledge in the trade. THANK YOU ALL for everything!

Pam Coskey was the Best Instructor hands down. Not only does she have outstanding knowledge in the Real Estate industry but she is a phenomenal teacher. The class was definitely not boring she has a sense of humor and on top of that she really wants her students to learn and retain the information for success. I had a high passing score and to be honest I was going to be satisfied with just a 70 but she pushed us to want better than just a pass she pushed us to Be Stateboard ready and proficient. I made the best choice by investing in myself and Gold Coast helped me complete my mission.

Gabriela has been an excellent Customer Service Specialist! She demonstrated extensive knowledge of the programs and the multiple Spanish-language options the school offers. When I spoke with her, I thanked her and told her that "any company would want a Customer Service Specialist like her," especially in this field where the exams are very difficult to pass and we need helpful tools. I had a great experience in the CAM Class.
Our instructor, Judy, was really good. She really kept things upbeat and moving along. it was very interesting and she told lots of applicable stories of situations that we could expect to see in a CAM manager position and I definitely would recommend her and Gold Coast.

I just completed my CAM 16-hour course with Gold Coast Schools, and honestly, I’m really happy with the experience. Eddy was an incredible instructor — super clear, patient, and kept us focused through a pretty intense schedule.
The classes run from 9 to 5 for two days, and you’re covering nearly 500 pages of material, so it’s definitely a lot to take in. But Eddy made it feel doable. He explained things in a way that really clicked and kept the class engaging the whole time.
I walked away feeling confident and motivated to keep going toward my state license. If you’re thinking about getting your CAM certification, I definitely recommend Gold Coast Schools!

I attended the Gold Coast Real Estate program, and my instructor was Laurina Emiliani. Her teaching skills were absolutely magnificent. I learned so much from her. Gold Coast has been so great to me. I was able to get two licenses through them. Their customer service department always answers quickly, and is helpful. I had professor Gaspare (Tamarac location) for the real estate pre licensing course, and it really made all the difference. He takes his time to explain all the material, gives us tips on how to make the information stick long-term, and shares real-world experience. More than just a real estate course, this was an opportunity to receive real estate mentorship.

His main goal is to help his students succeed, and he's also very patient, taking the time to explain the material and teach students strategies and concepts.
