She demonstrated a high level of professionalism and extensive experience in the real estate field. Despite the intensity of the one-week course, she made the material easy to dive into, understand, and stay engaged with. I took the LCAM pre-licensing course, my professor Judy wasn’t very good. She only read from the book and failed to elaborate on material and didn’t keep the class engaging or interesting. The materials such as books we received are good quality and I look forward to using the books to study as well as online material Gold Coast offers.

I suggest that the course utilize various techniques for presentation including internet presentation to keep the attention of the students A more focused and coherent and evenly paced approach to going through the various aspects which are important to update the participants understanding

Ive just been through 63hours class (real estate sales) at Gold Coast School North Miami... Our Teacher Julissa was really important during the journey providing us support, knowledgemt, "shortcuts" and all her professional experience. I strongly reccomend this class... even more if you have the chance to have Julissa as a Teacher.

Professor Julissa is a current licensed broker, who is actively teaching here at Gold Coast. She possesses a keen sense of knowledge and understanding of real estate, which crafts my mind to better comprehend the material given to me. She teaches with passion and correctly relates scenarios, or gives examples of the material to assist the class with a better perspective. During the morning class you might hear children playing outside, so the evening class might be a better fit if you’d like more minimum distractions. Overall, the school and professor are both satisfactory and I highly recommend them both.

Lo único que creo que la escuela debería mejorar son las instalaciones. Las alfombras del aula generan bastante alergia y el aire acondicionado necesita un cambio de filtros urgente, porque se siente pesado y nada fresco. School should allow make-up days if a class falls on a holiday. I've NEVER heard of there NOT being a make-up day. Instructor was AMAZING did the best she could to get us caught up on the material however despite her efforts our ENTIRE class failed. It wasn't the teachers fault but the school should do a better job at allowing students makeup days it's a disadvantage and we all know how hard this course is so it is negligent on their part.

Great online courses to help you accomplish your end goals. I took to different course back to back and passed both within a month apart and new nothing about the courses. so, my experience was nice with Gold Coast Schools. #awesome

Today I passed my state exam and officially have my Fl Real Estate License! I can say that Gold Coast school of Real Estate is truly amazing! My instructor Alan was great and really teaches you the important material you need to know to become a successful REAL-TOR. If you have the time to take the course I would do the: class, 7 day, 9-5 course! Its worth it! Follow the instructors directions, study every night, and most importantly LISTEN while in class and you’ll do great! Thank you Alan and GC!
