After working for more than 20 years in the Banking industry, I decided to write a new chapter in my life and completed the Sales Associate course. I’ve always had a strong interest in the real estate industry, and this course was the perfect opportunity to finally pursue that passion. I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Totally enjoyable ! The course material was thorough, but what really made it stand out was the instructor, Laurina Emiliani. She was absolutely excellent—knowledgeable, engaging, and approachable. She took the time to explain all the concepts in a way that was easy to understand, and she always made sure to answer every question with clarity and patience. Her real-world insights and examples brought the material to life. I felt confident when I passed the test today. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to start a career in real estate! I’m also looking forward to attending additional classes in the future to continue building my knowledge. Hopefully Laurina gives more training at Boca Raton Location :)

Two months ago, I took the one-month class for the Sales Associate course with Gold Coast at the Boca Raton location. I had the pleasure to have Laurina Emiliani as my instructor. Laurina has a gift, and her gift is the connection she makes with her students and her teaching skills. She was so patient we all of us because as her priority, she wanted to make sure that we all understood the material and concept before moving on to the next chapter. She always had an answer for every question with real life example and experiences. All chapters were explained with details. If your instructor finds a way to connect with you and you connect with your instructor, its game on! English is my 3rd language, so it was a bit challenging for me but thanks to Laurina, I passed my State Exam this morning for the Sales Associate!!!!! If you decide that one day you want to try your luck in Real Estate and becoming a Sales Associate, Gold Coast Boca Raton with instructor Laurina Emiliani is the way to go. Very much appreciate the learning experience that Mr. Julio Vera created for us in his class. He is the most well-mannered, respectful, and interactive professor. La experiencia tomando el cuerdo de Bienes Raíces fue excelente. El repaso para el examen de Estado fue casi exacto. Luego tomé la licencia de Broker y también la experiencia fue excelente. I want to take a moment to express gratitude to Ray Clemente my 64 hour course instructor. Ray’s dedication to his students is unmatched he takes the time to thoroughly explain concepts that might be unclear and goes above and beyond by staying after class to offer extra help to those who need it. His commitment is second to none knowing we were all balancing night classes, work, and studying for this course. On Saturday January 25 I took my exam for the first time and I’m thrilled to share that I passed on my first attempt!
