It gave me an opportunity to reflect and inspect what we are currently doing and where we needed to improve. They then gave me ways to make those changes. I'd enthusiastically recommend their training to anyone looking to up their game.
Just finished the new training on onboarding clients - have to listen again and see what I need to implement. Great up to date info on how to combat the 3rd party adjusters.
